No nos ha gustado nada. El precio pagado es excesivo para las instalaciones del mismo. Nosotros no lo llamariamos hotel, más bien pensión. Ademas con este hotel tenemos un problema en el pago de la reserva ya que se nos cargaron 172,20€ el pasado mes de julio como reserva y todavia no nos lo han devuelto. El pago de nuestra estancia se realizo directamente en el hotel, por lo tanto nos han cobrado de mas los 172,20€ citados. Esperamos que esta situación se resuelva urgentemente porque ademas de otras medidas, lamentablemente dejaremos de reservar mas estancias en hoteles a traves de booking.com. |

Near the aeroport. There is a tram direct to the center of Zurich. The price is reasonable comparing with the prices in Zurich. - Tiene un tranvía que es principio de línea que te lleva directamente al centro de Zurich. La vuelta la puedes hacer hasta las 12 de la noche y como es fin de parada no tiene pérdida. La relación calidad/precio no está mal si comparamos con los pecios en Zurich.- Old fashioned decoration in the room. - La decoración es un poco estilo de los 80's.- |

Friendly staff, good location (easy to reach public transport - tram and bus station 50 meters from hotel). Free parking Good restaurant. Regardless ordered smoking room, we have got non smoking room. Trying to change we were informed that no empty room. Before coming to the city we have sent a request to inform us how to go from the airport - no answer. Room very small and located near the stairs and lift - loud nights |

Pleasant to sit in outside dining rooms for breakfast, and in the evening. Overlooking the tram station, with the window open is too noisy because of the trams and too hot with the windows closed. Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. |

I found the hotel staff really helpful. The hotel itself was comfortable except the noises from the tram/bus station. Breakfast was good. It is really easy to get to this hotel from the airport. Even if you are travelling by train, go to the airport station and take bus# 768. Get off at stop "SEEBACH" and the hotel is right behind the grocery store. It's only 10 mins from the airport. To go to the city, take tram 14 and it's about 15 - 20 mins in tram from the hotel. Overall, I found this hotel good and staff was really helpful. The room was bit noisy. |

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. On bus route to the airport. It was away from the center of town and took a while to get to using the Strassenbahn. |

Easy to find location, good quality of breakfast, free parking, polite and helpful staff. Many parking places were used up by guests of the restuarant only, very noise nearby tram at night, smell form the carpets. |

By Zurich prices this was very good value for money, especially as breakfast was included in the price. It was also very easy to get into the city centre by the frequent number 14 tram that stopped outside the hotel. Towels provided needed replacing as they were very hard. Also, although the hotel is clean, the decoration is looking a bit 'tired'. |

Location was convenient to take a tram to downtown Zurich. Parking was okay but if the hotel had more guests, parking would have been non-existant. 9 spaces for the whole hotel. This hotel was way overpriced for the money. Our room was like a postage stamp (4 people fitting inside a closet). They (or this site) fail to mention the $30 (Swiss francs) per person per night over 1. Staff in resturant was nice. Owner was a witch. No airflow on hot days. No view. Church bell 1 block away that shakes the place. Don't go here. Stay in Germany (cheaper/nicer), drive in and stay at lots of public parking. Not the place to learn to love Switzerland, better the back of your car. |
