Hotel Landhus

空港からのアクセスが便利、街の中心部より路面電車で20分ほど。　スタッフの態度はあまり良くないが、要望には答えてくれる。

チェックインの時間とレセプションの開き時間が限られているので、チェックインの際は確認が必要。朝７時に- 掃除機をかけられたので迷惑した。（毎日ではない）

ホテルへのアクセスが詳しくかかれることが必要。このホテルはバスおよび市電の停車場が真裏にあり、非常に- アクセスしやすい。

アクセス情報の不足；Zurichから１４番市電（３．９CHF) でまたは空港より７６８番バス（６CHF)でSeebachで降りれば、目の前がホテル。私は空港よりタク- シーで３２CHF支払いました。５倍以上の料金を支払うと何かぼられた感じがします。なお帰りは空港までバ- スを使いました。なお、バスは乗車時に料金を支払うこともできますので券売機の複雑さから解放されます。

Friendly staff, good location (easy to reach public transport - tram and bus station 50 meters from hotel). Free parking Good restaurant.

Regardless ordered smoking room, we have got non smoking room. Trying to change we were informed that no empty room. Before coming to the city we have sent a request to inform us how to go from the airport - no answer. Room very small and located near the stairs and lift - loud nights

We like very much the hotel restorant. also the hotel staff attitude was very nice and useful.

Pleasant to sit in outside dining rooms for breakfast, and in the evening.

Overlooking the tram station, with the window open is too noisy because of the trams and too hot with the windows closed. Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. On bus route to the airport.

It was away from the center of town and took a while to get to using the Strassenbahn.

By Zurich prices this was very good value for money, especially as breakfast was included in the price. It was also very easy to get into the city centre by the frequent number 14 tram that stopped outside the hotel.

Towels provided needed replacing as they were very hard. Also, although the hotel is clean, the decoration is looking a bit 'tired'.

Budget hotel (one of cheapest hotels in Zurich).

Rather small; Wireless signal in the room is not strong enough.

Location was convenient to take a tram to downtown Zurich. Parking was okay but if the hotel had more guests, parking would have been non-existant. 9 spaces for the whole hotel.

This hotel was way overpriced for the money. Our room was like a postage stamp (4 people fitting inside a closet). They (or this site) fail to mention the $30 (Swiss francs) per person per night over 1. Staff in resturant was nice. Owner was a witch. No airflow on hot days. No view. Church bell 1 block away that shakes the place. Don't go here. Stay in Germany (cheaper/nicer), drive in and stay at lots of public parking. Not the place to learn to love Switzerland, better the back of your car.

Good location: 10 min by bus from airport, 20 min by tram to city centre. Good food shop in the same building. Rooms quite small but very clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good restaurant. Breakfast is not too plentiful but good enough. The hotel is best choice for travelers.

It suited me well. It was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good breakfast, big enough room. It met my practical needs.

Lift did not seem to open on floor 2 - may have been my mistake. So I walked up to floor 2. Also, maybe put in shower a dish/shelf for shampoo bottle. A little noisy from street with window open overnight.
