De perfecte ligging tov openbaar vervoer (tramhalte achter het hotel). Gratis internet en parkeren zijn ook een pre.

Close to train, bus, stores etc. Though we did not take advantage of these things. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. I specifically asked about the internet usage and how it worked and was told access was free throughout the hotel with a laptop. When we got to our room and tried to connect you needed a user name and code. I called the desk. She told me that I needed to go back to the main desk and get the passcode and username. I went downstairs and the person at the desk seemed to ignore me looking at papers and books. She did not even look at me. She picked up a paper and wrote some note. Then never even having spoken to me, walked over and gave me the paper. She was the operator who answered the phone and why she made me walk down to her and would not just have given me the word and code on the phone I do not know. I think it was rude and impolite. I would not go to this hotel again. Breakfast was not included and too expensive anyway. There also was no refrigerator in the room.

Location was good for my business need. Easy access to local area, city and Kloten / airport. Tram and buses right by hotel. All other aspects satisfactory, except departure process. The receptionist on arrival was fine. The one at departure was obviously having a bad day. When my credit card did not work in her terminal she was quite critical, then a second card did not work, so I told her it was the terminal, not card. In another terminal it was fine. Unfortunately she had a bad attitute over the whole business. I subsequently checked my cards with the providers and all was OK! For this reason alone I would not stay there again or recommend it, despite all other aspects being OK. And all other staff being OK.

Friendly professional service. Proximity to Airport The city overgrew and spoiled the once country-like atmosphere. Ongoing construction made too much noise in the morning.

Excellent breakfast, easy access to public transportation (tram 14 stop in front of the hotel), free internet. Small room, not even a desk, old-looking building in need of some painting.

Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, aber auch ausreichend Parkplätze (gratis). Ideal für Städtereise, Business oder Kultur. Kein Kühlschrank.

Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bien, bonne situation la station de tram est juste à côté, et il y a une bonne isolation phonique. La connection internet wifi a un très faible niveau et je ne pouvait pas me connecter du tout dans ma chambre. Equippement dans la salle de bain un peu limite, manque des étagères et un crochet pour suspendre les habits. Le prix est élevé comparer aux autres pays, mais c'est la Suisse !!

Am Empfang 5 Sprachige Mitarbeiterin genial, Sehr sauber, das Essen im Restaurant ein Erlebniss, Frühstück auf die Terasse. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und Hilfbereit auch beim extra Wünsche .Im 15 minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum , Bus, Tram, Zug vor die Tür. Für mich das Perfekte Hotel,Sauber,Kinderfreundlich,Ruhig. Nichts weiter so!
