De kamer had een groot balkon. De kamer zelf was sober maar wel ruim. De verbinding met het centrum via tram en trein is redelijk tot goed. De kamer keek uit over een tram / busstation. Met name de trams maakten een flinke herrie. De buitenwijk waar het hotel lag ia weinig boeiend. |

fatsoenlijke en vrij ruime kamer. goed ontbijt. rustige ligging, maar ook gunstig ten opzichte van de snelweg. aardig was het welkomstdrankje. het personeel was wat stug, doch niet onvriendelijk. het hotel is wat gedateerd qua inrichting |

De ligging buiten het centrum van Zurich zorgt voor enige rust om bij te komen van de hectiek van de grote stad die in slechts een kwartier tot twintig minuten met de tram te bereiken is. Het hotel ligt ook nog eens aan de eindhalte van tram 14 die dus letterlijk voor de deur stopt. Ondanks de nabijheid zorgt de tram niet voor (geluids) overlast. De afwerking/aankleding van de kamers laat mijns inziens te wensen over. Erg sober en basic en bovedien zeer gedateerd. Het tapijt is zeker aan vervanging toe. |

Goed verzorgd uitziend hotel, nette kamer en toiletruimte. Geluidtechnisch goed geïsoleerd! Ook het restaurant zowel binnen als buiten (groot terras) was zeer geschikt. |

er is een bowlingbaan onder het hotel! veel overlast! een organist in het restaurant speelde tot middernacht vreselijke deuntjes, te horen in alle kamers! |

Dichtbij de bestemming, redelijk makkelijk parkeren en gratis zeer luide kerkklokken !! Lange wachttijd in het restaurant hoewel er weinig gasten waren.. |

Very convenient since it is next to the Tram/Bus station, besides being close to the Airport.Supermarkets & Eating Places in close proximity. |

Location was convenient to take a tram to downtown Zurich. Parking was okay but if the hotel had more guests, parking would have been non-existant. 9 spaces for the whole hotel. This hotel was way overpriced for the money. Our room was like a postage stamp (4 people fitting inside a closet). They (or this site) fail to mention the $30 (Swiss francs) per person per night over 1. Staff in resturant was nice. Owner was a witch. No airflow on hot days. No view. Church bell 1 block away that shakes the place. Don't go here. Stay in Germany (cheaper/nicer), drive in and stay at lots of public parking. Not the place to learn to love Switzerland, better the back of your car. |

Good location: 10 min by bus from airport, 20 min by tram to city centre. Good food shop in the same building. Rooms quite small but very clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good restaurant. Breakfast is not too plentiful but good enough. The hotel is best choice for travelers. |

It was a very convenient location for anyone who needs to go to the Hallenstadion to see a big concert or sports event. Also easy one tram access to centre of Zurich, In my case I had trouble finding someone at the Reception, which was frustrating, especially when I was in a hurry to leave and pay. |

It suited me well. It was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good breakfast, big enough room. It met my practical needs. Lift did not seem to open on floor 2 - may have been my mistake. So I walked up to floor 2. Also, maybe put in shower a dish/shelf for shampoo bottle. A little noisy from street with window open overnight. |

This hotel has a very nice location, near zurich, since it is very near to the airport and has a tram station very close to the hotel, allowing to be in the center of zurich in 10-20 minutes. |

The receptionist was very unfriendly...one doesn't feel welcomed. The most disappointing part was she gave me the wrong bill (with the complete address of the other guest) after checking out. Unfortunately, I did not open the envelope right away. When I rang her up from home to inform of the mishap and ask her to mail my paid bill, she didn't even bother to apologize for her mistake. |

First the receptionist. Wonderful lady, my surprise that she spoke spanish and was so helpful and friendly. She is in the right infustry as her personality matches the position. The hotel itself was close to the airport but so easy to get to downtown Zurich, very clean. |

very easily accessible and public transport right on doorstep in bad weather beds were very comfortable mice friendly staff curtain material too light in the room, no extra bedding i.e. pillows etc. |
