De kamer had een groot balkon. De kamer zelf was sober maar wel ruim. De verbinding met het centrum via tram en trein is redelijk tot goed. De kamer keek uit over een tram / busstation. Met name de trams maakten een flinke herrie. De buitenwijk waar het hotel lag ia weinig boeiend. |

fatsoenlijke en vrij ruime kamer. goed ontbijt. rustige ligging, maar ook gunstig ten opzichte van de snelweg. aardig was het welkomstdrankje. het personeel was wat stug, doch niet onvriendelijk. het hotel is wat gedateerd qua inrichting |

De ligging buiten het centrum van Zurich zorgt voor enige rust om bij te komen van de hectiek van de grote stad die in slechts een kwartier tot twintig minuten met de tram te bereiken is. Het hotel ligt ook nog eens aan de eindhalte van tram 14 die dus letterlijk voor de deur stopt. Ondanks de nabijheid zorgt de tram niet voor (geluids) overlast. De afwerking/aankleding van de kamers laat mijns inziens te wensen over. Erg sober en basic en bovedien zeer gedateerd. Het tapijt is zeker aan vervanging toe. |

Goed verzorgd uitziend hotel, nette kamer en toiletruimte. Geluidtechnisch goed geïsoleerd! Ook het restaurant zowel binnen als buiten (groot terras) was zeer geschikt. |

er is een bowlingbaan onder het hotel! veel overlast! een organist in het restaurant speelde tot middernacht vreselijke deuntjes, te horen in alle kamers! |

Friendly staff, good location (easy to reach public transport - tram and bus station 50 meters from hotel). Free parking Good restaurant. Regardless ordered smoking room, we have got non smoking room. Trying to change we were informed that no empty room. Before coming to the city we have sent a request to inform us how to go from the airport - no answer. Room very small and located near the stairs and lift - loud nights |

Comfortable, well-situated regards to the public transportation, very nice staff, good breakfast, quiet, close to my conference hotel, reasonably priced for Switzerland The absence of free wireless connection. |

Pleasant to sit in outside dining rooms for breakfast, and in the evening. Overlooking the tram station, with the window open is too noisy because of the trams and too hot with the windows closed. Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. |

I found the hotel staff really helpful. The hotel itself was comfortable except the noises from the tram/bus station. Breakfast was good. It is really easy to get to this hotel from the airport. Even if you are travelling by train, go to the airport station and take bus# 768. Get off at stop "SEEBACH" and the hotel is right behind the grocery store. It's only 10 mins from the airport. To go to the city, take tram 14 and it's about 15 - 20 mins in tram from the hotel. Overall, I found this hotel good and staff was really helpful. The room was bit noisy. |

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. On bus route to the airport. It was away from the center of town and took a while to get to using the Strassenbahn. |

Easy to find location, good quality of breakfast, free parking, polite and helpful staff. Many parking places were used up by guests of the restuarant only, very noise nearby tram at night, smell form the carpets. |

By Zurich prices this was very good value for money, especially as breakfast was included in the price. It was also very easy to get into the city centre by the frequent number 14 tram that stopped outside the hotel. Towels provided needed replacing as they were very hard. Also, although the hotel is clean, the decoration is looking a bit 'tired'. |

Location was convenient to take a tram to downtown Zurich. Parking was okay but if the hotel had more guests, parking would have been non-existant. 9 spaces for the whole hotel. This hotel was way overpriced for the money. Our room was like a postage stamp (4 people fitting inside a closet). They (or this site) fail to mention the $30 (Swiss francs) per person per night over 1. Staff in resturant was nice. Owner was a witch. No airflow on hot days. No view. Church bell 1 block away that shakes the place. Don't go here. Stay in Germany (cheaper/nicer), drive in and stay at lots of public parking. Not the place to learn to love Switzerland, better the back of your car. |

Good location: 10 min by bus from airport, 20 min by tram to city centre. Good food shop in the same building. Rooms quite small but very clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good restaurant. Breakfast is not too plentiful but good enough. The hotel is best choice for travelers. |
