Die Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Morgensonne. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Die Nähe zur Promenade und trotzdem abseits des Verkehrs. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 7 direkt über der Reception. Infolge schlechter Türabdichtungen war es etwas lärmig. |

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplatz am Hotel, gut zu finden, für Ascona relativ preiswert, Frühstück schon ab 7.00 Uhr, netter Balkon Sehr kleines Zimmer, Zimmerreservierung hatte nicht geklappt, keine Möglichkeit Zimmer oder Bad zu heizen |

Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux Personnel pas aimable du tout (surtout à la réception). Tout le monde ne s'adresse à vous qu'en allemand. Il n'y a même pas un journal italien, que des journaux suisses-allemands! Le coin-salon est minuscule |

L'hôtel se situe dans un magnifique cadre. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. C'est la première fois qu'on a senti, pour cette catégorie ( 3 étoiles), que les familles étaient la bien venue. |

Facilité d'accès, possibilité de suite familiale Personnel au comportement inadmissible: on nous a envoyé le petit- déjeuner " quasi à la figure", parce que l'on est arrivés à 10h00, heure limite pour prendre ce dernier. Une place de parc avait été réservée spécialement pour un véhicule de prestige à l'avance. On nous a dit qu'on pourrait en bénéficier. Résultat: un véhicule valant Fr 250'000.-- a du être parqué à l'extérieur de l'hôtel... |
