La qualité de la nourriture que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou le soir dans les 2 restaurants ouverts à ce moment là. La qualité et l'hospitalité du personnel de l'hôtel. Pour une offre à 567 chf au lieu de 1260, je m'attendais à trouver une chambre plus spacieuse et avec un meilleur confort. Le fait qu'il y a un fitness dans l'hôtel n'était pas indiqué à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, ni dans l'ascenseur. Peu de chaînes françaises sur les postes tv. |

La chambre était parfaite bon confort et le petit déjeuner un vrai régal !! Pour une nuit sans problème mais pour un séjour plus long, la vue depuis la chambre nétait pas terrible. Toit plat devant avec des cailloux !! |

The room was spacious, bed was confortable and the view to the mountains was supperb. It was the best choice I have found - quality versus price. It is well located, you can take bus no 3 or 6, the stop is located 50 meters away and in 5 min you are in St. Moritz city center - very handy. Ther a 4 or 5 restaurants in the hotel....a good choice at reasonable price. |

breakfast, View from the room, the spa facilities, free public transport in Engadin, shuttle to the train station noisy, I had a room (404) just underneath the sauna and every morning at 7.20am there was a cleaning team making a lot of noise with a chart that I could even hear it with earplugs! I had an intensive evening program during my stay and I could never sleep till after 7.20am, the noise would be for at least half an hour, went to complain 3 times and nor did they give me another room, nor did they mentioned their staff to be quieter. I stayed there 10 days and came home totally exhausted. |

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Had many choices just like those 4 or 5 stars hotel. Also we like the hotel shuttle bus service. You need to find the hotel board at the train station and there is a button next to the hotel and you can be connected to the hotel reception by a press. But beware the time for this service is up to 9pm. Our train was delayed and we called the hotel at 9:05pm. A bit far from the main street. You cannot walk from the station and must take bus or their shuttle (or taxi) to go to the hotel. A bit pricy but I think all hotels in St. Moritz are so expensive. |

Nice stay at this hotel, highly recomended, free pick/drop from railway station, for stay more than 2 nights we got the engadin pass, saved us CHF 100 for cable cars, train rides to other locations in engadin region. In our room, heater was not working, asked reception to fix it. But it did not get fixed during our stay. Compared to other nice features of this hotel we did not press hard to get it fixed since it was June not much cold. |

Initialy we were given a room at the old building where they just made the floor and had a strong chemical smell! Upon our request we were moved to the new building where everything went fine. |

Very nice room, with a good view to some of the surrounding mountain tops. Very confortable and wide bed. Nice and spacious bathroom, equipped with a tub. Good breakfast, starting soon enough so you can begin your day early. Free mini-bus transportation from the train station to the hotel. In Pizzeria Corso, belonging to the hotel, the waiter just brought me some other drink, without asking me first, when he checked that what I had ordered wasn't available. This is a reason not to go in that restaurant again, even though the food was good. |

A beautiful hotel in a very serene location. Hotel staff is excellent and very co-operative. I could get the city travel card upon request though it is mean for guests staying for 2 or more days only, whereas I was staying for only 1 night. I would recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. If I get a chane to visit St. Moritz again, I would preer only Hotel Laudinella. Thank you Team Laudinella. |

The Hotel is quite good. Pleasant stay, clean, and nice view from the room. My only complaint is that it is probably a bit over priced. If I compare this to Hotel Asotria where I stayed in Zermatt, then Astoria was cheaper and better services+room. |

The pizza restaurant was excellent.And the staff very helpful. The shuttle service between the station and the hotel was a bonus as in off peak to get the public transport was difficult. |

The free transportation from train station rt, free computers to use, and free breakfast. Telling me when I checked in that my credit card would be charged, and do not have free bottled water plus did not understand what a american bed is with two sheets. Told them that my credit card better not be charged as that is the agreement with euro bookings as I paid in CHF there. |
