Very clean and comfortable. All hotels are expensive and this one is reasonable value for money Couldn't get in-room wifi from hotel so used my own roaming software to get access. |

Well located, near the center. Very good hotel for the price we paid. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice bathroom. People at the reception were really polite and helpfull. Not important things: Small rooms, very heavy and hot bed covering... For the rest ok ! |

I felt the price for the quality was excellent at the Ibis. I did not like the lack of internet (minus one shared computer in the lobby with high costs to use). Also, the hotel had two of the reservations in our group down incorrectly. They were quite rude in the beginning as it was not our mistake as we had the booking.com confirmation listing the reservation as a double bed and a single bed, however, in their system it was listed as a double bed. In the end they sorted one room, however, we had to have one of our group book a single room in a separate hotel due to their mistake. |

Position direct in the centre of the town. The hotel is ideal if you are making a short trip to the city You could hear everything from the otehr rooms (even snoring) |

It has a great location, walking distance to shopping area, restaurants. Really liked the breakfast buffet, enough of a selection and fresh products. It's very clean and the rooms are confortable and nicely decorated. Lack of shelf space in bathroom and no hand towels. |

Good value for money. Comfortable and nice settings. One lady at the reception were very rude and not at all customer focused. Unacceptable behaviour. I also did not like that we could not open the windows. |

It's a basic but fully functional hotel at a very good price, The room was around £60.00 for the night and a 10 minute walk from the centre. Shower was really good and bathroom/room a reasonable size - often budget hotels have very small rooms. Breakfast was an addition to the bill, was again basic but adequate but had the usual croisants/fruit/cerials etc. If you want luxury then go elsewhere, if it's basic, clean, adequate facilites. |

Only open a month, and still desperate to impress - so the staff were going all out. Obviously everything's brand-new, but there's a very high standard here that should continue to be met. Favourite thing - and an aspect that I really hope they continue - is that hotle guests get free, unlimited, public transport - essential when you're dealing with a city with such daunting gradients. |
