It was a convenient and clean place to stay at with good access to transport. The staff were courteous and helpful.

although we could always get hot drinks from the bar it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making tray in the room - otherwise we had everything we needed.

Location, within walking distance to the Old Town and the main sights. The fact that there is a cafeteria in the hotel, where you can get snacks and hot meals at any time, without having to go outside to search for a place to buy something. The room was in the "standard Ibis" decor, very clean bathroom, shower gel and towels included. The bed was comfortable and so we could get a good sleep.

The check-in was rather slow, we had to wait for about 15 minutes (2 people before us sounded as if they were for the first time in a hotel, and it was taking forever to check them in). It seems the system does not pick up all the data from the reservation automatically, so they need to manually type in things like address, which takes a while. The impression was that the afternoon reception staff wasn't particularly keen to speed the process up either. (The morning staff was much more agile, for that matter.) It would be so much easier if the receptionists prepared all the check-ins beforehand and does not keep the guests queuing upon arrival. It wasn't a major issue, though. The overall stay was very positive.

A pleasant hotel close to the city-centre. Very helpful staff. Good to stay the night.

Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat. Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.

This is a really budget hotel, decent and clean, but don't expect more than that, there wasn't even soap in the room...

It is located near to city center. Parking lot is secure and good. Room is clean and staff is friendly

WiFi speed is slow, and room and bath is small compare to expectation.

Very nice, tidy,calm hotel. We liked the fresh breakfast bufet and the pleasant decoration. The staff was really polite and helped us with city info. Really good value for money!

Even though the room was warm enough (we went during winter), when we decided to use the heating, there was a delay in function...If we can call it a bad point!

The value for money - I was not paying extra for facilities I do not use or need. Very tastefully decorated and a relaxed informal atmosphere - very helpful, friendly staff.

The fact that I had to go to the bar even for a cup of tea - but I appreciate that the cost of the room would have to increase if tea-making facilities were supplied, so on balance I was happy!

Beautiful hotel

Too expencive!!!! Switzerland is absurd!!! A coffe 4 euro (orrible coffe), a baguette with ham 8 euro -_- in Naples we pay a perfect coffe 80 cent, and a baguette with ham 2 euro!!! The hotel is the same! Nice but too expencive!!!!! Switzerland? No more !!!!

No air con in winter but the rooms were boiling hot. First day there was no hot water until 9:30 am!

Excellent breakfast, nice staff, clean, near to Lausanne center. It exceeded our expectation for a 2 star hotel.

The poeple in front desk are really excelent.Location is close to every thing you need.

The decoration is poor.The sofa is uncomfortable,the bath room even without..iwas planning to stay 5 days,but after one night i left and i will never come back again.
