Lausanne Palace & Spa  

The hotel is really nice, rooms are spacious, the spa is free to use and has a big enough pool to swim in (even if the temperature of the water is a bit too high for swimming); a well-equipped gym; many nice restaurants. The hotel staff is really professional. Free wireless internet is also a big plus and it is even working reasonably well.

The only thing I did not like is the television. I have been to many other hotels in Lausanne and all seem to have the same 200 -something international channels, which is really nice if you are away from home for the better part of the year. The Lausanne Palace, however, seems to concentrate on arabic channels from which there are at least 30 to choose from. From the German speaking ones you get only the crap channels.

The friendliness of the reception staff, concierge and spa employees. The room service breakfast was excellent. The food in Cote de Jardin was also excellent.

There weren't many guests in the restaurant although we were advised to book in advance. The Cote de Jardin was rather cool and although the food was fantastic, the staff were a bit over-attentive, clearing plates as soon as we put down the cutlery. Yet, I was only given the one glass of wine and no-one asked if I would have liked more wine.

I can recommend this hotel to my friends.

The service, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff was top notch. The hotel is luxurious with beautiful amenities and several choices of excellent restaurants. The location is perfect. The metro stop is right across the street and there is a beautiful park that overlooks the lake next to the hotel which has an off leash dog area. The spa, workout facilities and hair salon which my wife used were excellent.

one of the best hotels in laussane , in the middle of the city, huge room with balcony , big toilet , luxury hotel , i recomend anyone who want to spend his money on the right place, friendley staff

Double room booked was too small, but option for deluxe double was not available on the website.

La magnifique piscine.

L'hôtel à mon avis devrait demander aux clients s'ils utiliseraient les transports en commun durant le séjour, et si oui, leur donner la carte de transports gratuite offerte par le canton de Vaud. Nous avons payé le métro durant le séjour et il était impossible de se faire rembourser ensuite, ce qui m'a énervé.
