フロントに日本人のスタッフの方がいて、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。日本語が通じて心強かったで- す。また、部屋はアメニティが充実し、とても快適で、リラックスできました。カテドラルがライトアップされ- たローザンヌのきれいな夜景も堪能しました。 |

Quality, friendliness of the staff, excellent location close to the center and train station, marble bathroom, spa, comfortable bed. We booked special offer room on 1st floor being in renovation, but have been put into room on 2nd floor with no extra charge and haven't seen any sign of renovation at all! |

Very nice spa, very good location directly next to Metro station Flon (M1 & M2). Our room was recently renovated. We tried to get a coffee machine or kettle, never heard back after they promised delivery. |

Hotel's personnel was great, very frinedly and ready to provide of any information needed. Rooms are very large and very quiet and the lake's view spectacular. Certainly I'll try to stay in the same hotel next time I'll be in the area |

Location was central Unsure as to why this is classified as one of the Leading Hotels of the World. i ahve stayed at much better 4* star hotles. It is nowhere near as good as the Beau Rivage Palace in Luasanne, where I would normally stay, but where there was no room on Monday night. |

La posizione dell'albergo è decisamente centrale e ben collegata (molto vicina alla fermata di San François...) Il personale dell'albergo è poco disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti, nessuno parla italiano, non ci hanno informato del fatto che per gli ospiti offrono una tessera per i mezzi pubblici gratuita (ce la hanno consegnata dopo alcuni giorni di permanenza), la colazione è molto costosa rispetto all'offerta. |
