Klassiek hotel van hoge standing - mensen die houden van moderne architectuur en interieurs vinden hier hun gading niet. Voor wie van klassiek houd is dit een aanrader. |

Location was central Unsure as to why this is classified as one of the Leading Hotels of the World. i ahve stayed at much better 4* star hotles. It is nowhere near as good as the Beau Rivage Palace in Luasanne, where I would normally stay, but where there was no room on Monday night. |

Nice gym and spa. Good location, near train station and center of town. Rooms were large and spacious. Lake view was not accurate. View was mainly of building opposite the street. A/c could be cooler. Hotels in Switzerland are in general definately over priced for the value. |

Very nice, elegant and well located five stars hotel with really five stars services. The view on the lake from our room was also very nice. The indoor swimming-pool is very nice but too small. Just enough big for 3 swimming persons. |

Friendly staff Given a very small room - next to lift shaft - I am sure I paid for a room bigger than 16m2. I moved after this hotel to a movenpick group hotel within the same city. Half price + cleaner + all inclusive + right on the lake (better than lake view). In the palace, need to pay for everything. For example needed to have my shirt ironed only. Took the hotel 5 mins to do and I was charged 23chf ->16eur |

gutes Frühstück, das Schwimmbad ist klasse Zimmer zur Straße laut, da wir die Fenster geöffnet hatten, weil die Klimaanlage nicht zu regulieren war. |
