location No curtains on clear bathroom window which was inside the shower curtain. The bathroom door was a slide door and I was kept awake with neighbouring rooms occupants sliding the door through the night. Noisy generally with the train rumbling down the road directly outside at 5am. Room not ready when I arrived at 1430. Lighting failed outside my room, had to grope to the lift. |

good service at front desk, small wellness area Breakfast buffet very expensive and not included in price of room, even if it is quite copious. High season room rate for 1 night was very expensive. |

The hotel, driver and manager could not have been more helpful on Sunday to free my car from the snow and assist me in buying snow chains Although there where 2 rooms booked the hotel had none available and I had to wait with a baby for 2 hours with no information before it was fixed. The restaurant is crazy with staff simply ignoring anything they choose. |

Calme, localisation, vue, confort, personnel, restaurant, services, qualité générale Le système de ventilation/aération des étages est à revoir: chaleur, odeurs de cuisine, odeurs de piscine, air ne circulant pas, etc. De même le système d'aération de la piscine. |

プールと奥にあるサンルームはとても居心地が良かった。（一人で独占できたので）また、一人旅行だったので- 、屋根裏部屋は狭いけれど天窓もあって心地よかった。 モーニングコールが１５分遅れた。道路に近いので、車や路面電車の音が絶えなかった。 |

Prettige omgeving Het is zonde dat je je hotel al de volgende dag om 11.00 uur moet verlaten/ uitchecken.Voor korte weekeind trips zou je liever pas in de middag je hotel verlaten.Als dat zou kunnen zou ik vaker een hotel overnachting boeken. |

Die Superior Doppelzimmer mit Talsicht sind grosszügig und haben schöne Aussicht in die Bergwelt. Das Hallenbad ist etwas klein geraten und man kann nur schwimmen, wenn niemand anderes im Pool ist. |

die Aussicht, das gemütliche Zimmer, die spezielle Architektur des Hotels, das die Minibar und das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen war, Bar war nicht in Betrieb, in den Gängen roch es teilweise etwas nach Küche aber nicht schlimm. Das Morgenbuffet war zwar völlig ok aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fehlte eine Auswahl an gutem Käse und Fleisch |
