Staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable There is a 15- 20 minute walk from the rail station ,but if you have no baggage there is a very pleasant walk into town or lake geneva |

Spotlessly clean, modern rooms with free wifi. About a 15 minute walk from the town and so a little bit isolated. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. The restaurant in the hotel is operated by a different owner. I went in and they told me there would be around a 1 hour wait. 50 minutes later I had not even been given a menu and was told it would probably be another 40 minutes. The problem is that the nearest alternative is 15 minutes walk away and it was pouring with rain. The restaurant is only small and such waits should never happen. A shame because the hotel itself is very good. |

very Friendly staff, bed room grand, very clean, breakfast; choice of :cereals , continental meat slices , cheese , fruit , fruit drinks ,variety of bread; hot beverage: healthy and fortifying! For us without car it was a tough walk (15 minutes brisk uphill without baggage!) from railway station -definitely not 2 minutes as in your description! Only once in the 7 days did we return during the day it was such an ordeal. bus, though frequent, had huge number of stops on way up. It was at least the same distances from pubs,restaurants (the adjoining restauraunt closed after the 1st night. The front rooms (cheapest) picked up the noise from the busy road and the adjoining petrol station, It took one of us a long time to get used to that. |

Cleanliness and recent decoration of the whole hotel. Splendid view of the lake from our room. It is rather far from the town centre but there are bus routes very nearby. These are on a circle route and frequent. However there are no restaurants nearby for an evening meal and it was expensive. |

Hotel run by a very friendly family. Everything brand new and clean, tastefully decorated. Nice lake view from some rooms. The hotel is a bit out of the center and away from the lake. |

Staff were pleasant and very helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The view was nice. Excellent wifi service. A big tree in front of the window cut off much of a potentially magnificent view. I was there on a very hot day and it was difficult to keep cool. Would have liked coffee making in the room and possible bar. Would have liked a bit more choice for breakfast |

MA waren sehr freundlich. Anbindung an Strassennetz. Helles freundliches Zimmer. Preis, das war es nicht wert. Trotz allem guten. Preis ist nur der Umgebung geschuldet. |
