Le Petit Hotel  

Excellent value. Rooms were well appointed. Our family had four rooms total, some were smaller than others due to the design of the building but all were very nice for us. We just sleep in the rooms, so all we need is a comfy bed and a good shower. The breakfast, which was included in the price was ample. Best of all was the staff who did all possible to make our stay enjoyable.

Very good budget hotel. Excellent staff, great breakfast. Zermatt is a great place to be in for those who love the mountains. Recommended!

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station so was easily accessible & we received a very friendly welcome on arrival. The room was small but very clean & comfortable with a surprising amouint of storage space given the size. There was free wi-fi & staff will allow you the use of a laptop if you need it. Breakfast was adequate with a small selection of cereals,cold meat & cheese, juice, fruit, bread & hot drinks

The whole experience.

Stayed there for just one night, the reception was welcoming and friendly. several ideas on what to do in zermatt for a day. The bath rooms were super clean and big enough. the terrace and the view of the mountains and the vilages was excellent. Decent breakfast. Not really far from the train station, but it took a little bit time to find it.

Loved the rooftop patio with view of the Matterhorn. Beautiful scenery, lovely town. Very close to the Matterhorn Museum which was worth going to. I like the walking paths and river running through the village. Nice breakfast area in the hotel. The host was friendly and helpful.

We arrived during maintenance season (May) in Zermatt so there was some noise during the day (tractors, helicopters) but the nights were quiet. Restaurants are expensive, but it is a resort town, so that is expected.

It is a nice budget friendly hotel. Basic amenities. Rooms medium sized but it's okay as the same is advertised. The guy at the reception was very helpful. Very nice person. It is a short walk from the railway station if not with huge luggage.

Bathroom had some smell though it was well fitted and furnished.

A little and cute hotel with everything you need to spend a day or two (or even more). Friendly and carring staff. Excellent hearty breakfast. Would definetally stay there again!

A big old traditional wooden cupboard that we will not use, took a lot of space in the room; it look clean, but there is some weird smell from toilet..

Location

The location was great, about 10 mins slow walk from the trainer station. The hotel is value for money, and breakfast is provided. The staff here are really friendly.

Rooms are a bit small, and furniture is a little bit old but the in room toilet is recently renovated and modern

Staff were really Kind and helpful. The Location was also good, but the view outside really differs from the room i reckon. My one was not so good.

Nice hotel, the staff is so nice to us. yes it's small hotel but good design and breakfast also nice. Best place to go if you want to see and experience snow weather.

Its expensive during our stay, maybe it's a busy day. But we enjoy a lot because first time for us to experience snow weather.

Location. It's walking distance to the train and friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast in the hotel is very convenient knowing that the restaurants around the area are pricey staying in the hotel is great budget for your money.

The reception area is so small and cramp. You can't go in and out the hotel without being notice by the receptionist. I feel like kinda uncomfortable on this .
