We were well taken care of in spite of the fact that we saw no staff until check-out. That was a unique experience. No, it really suited us fine. |

I (like many others) were in Guyere to cycle the Tour of Gruyere. A programme for the Tour was waiting for me in my room when I arrived. That impressed me tremendously. Staff spoke very little english. There was a letter for me in my room from hotel management written in french. I had no idea what the letter contained. Other than that the hotel was very comfortable, staff helpful and I had a good stay. |

Pleasant staff. Nice welcome letter from manager in room Nobody at reception desk, bar staff had to do the registration. Lobby/ entrance area does not make a good impression. Elevator had empty beer bottles in it and was not clean. Also, no air conditioning on a hot day, but fortunately it did cool off at night with windows wide open. |

Very comfortable & clean room. Very well suited to a family. It was a hot night with no air conditioning and opening the windows meant it was reasonably noisy |

Angenehm aufgefallen sind uns die gepflegten üppigen Pflanzenarrangements im Frühstücksraum und das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Bad ist zu eng, im Doppelzimmer befindet sich nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. |

Accueil très chaleureux, personnel sympathique et très serviable! Chambre parfaitement propre et spacieuse. Parking gratuit, proximité au centre ville. Les lits.. 2 lits simples mis côte à côte et non pas un vrai lit double... mais c'est du détail. |

Die Lage,und das man schnell von Ort zu Ort gelangen konnte mit den Öffentlichen verkersmitel. Bade Zimmer zu klein,da ich im Rollsthul binn.Der Auffahrt zum Hotel eingang war viel zu steil. |

grote ruime kamer, vriendelijke ontvangst , inchecken mogelijk tot 2400 uur. ligging vlakbij centrum en super ontbijtbuffet ontzettend warm in het hotel en helaas is de horeca in zwitserland niet rookvrij. |
