Great breakfast buffet, a fantastic location at the lake and the internet terminal next to the reception which allowed to book via booking.com instead directly at the reception, which allowed a 20% decrease of the price... It did not meet the expectations for this category of a hotel room. Small window, not really clean and hangings coming off the wall. |

Convenient for the Lake and boats. Friendly helpful staff. Room was very hot; couldn't get the air conditioning to work (no instructions), and duvet was very thick for the hot weather. |

Wee did not see too much of Nyon, yet it looked like a quaint little town that is located very close to Geneva. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had a great sleep. |

Excellent location on bank of the lake. Gorgeous views of the mountains and lake. Staff not knowledgable about connecting to internet. They should have a set of trouble-shooting instructions. |

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was in a nice setting and good, room as clean and the bed was hughe. Our 3yo daughter liked her bed, but loved ours and there was plenty of room for the three of us. I am surprised that £200/night does not even allow for a free internet connection. The suggested $19 option for 3 hours was ridiculous. |

das schöne Wetter am See. Der ältere Kellner mit dem Namen Nelson, der abens auf der Hotelterasse serviert hat, hat mich mit seiner Freundlichkeit, seiner Professionalität und seinem Engagemnt beeindruckt. Das Personal an der Reception war unfreundlich und vorallem desinteressiert, kein guten Morgen, keine Wünsche für einen guten Tag oder eine gute Reise usw. obwohl ich sehr gut französisch spreche. Sie waren auch nicht einmal in der Lage meine Postkarten zu frankieren und abzusenden. Für Informationen bezüglich Schifffahrt und Ausflüge wurde man an das Toursimusbüro weiter geleitet, ein Stadtplan kommentarlos hingelegt. Das Zimmer o.k wenn auch renovationsbedürftig, Bad nur oberflächlich geputzt, das Frühstück lieblos und fantasielos. Warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat ist ausser wenn man den Preis ansieht nicht nachvollziehbar. |

Die zentrale Lage war sehr vorteilhaft. Das Zimmer war gross und die Betten bequem. Mindestens zwei Fenster hatten Mückengitter. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4*-Hotel sehr dürftig und auch nicht besonders ansprechend. Alles in allem wirkte der Frühstücksraum etwas schmuddelig. |
