For 600 chf a night you expect not to have to negotiate that the bedroom is ready for check in at the time the check in starts! Especially not when you have a newborn!

Breakfast even though they started packing up and running out of stuff at 10:30 and we were told it closed at 11am Room was extremely small Spa definitely didn't live up to their advertisement You can find a much better spa/hotel for your money

Viele brennende Kerzen im Essbereich,schöne Stimmung. Das Heid-Stüble ist sehr schön - gutes und reichliches Essen. Der Wintergarten, Erholungs- und Entspannungsraum war nicht wirklich schön. (Rolläden hingen runter, keine schönen Pflanzen, Kerzen die NICHT brannten) Leider kein Fitnessraum Nicht so nah am skilift

alles tiptop, Zimmer etwas kleiner als für diesen Preis erwartet aber sehr schön ausgestattet. Gute Restaurants im Haus und in der Umgebung, aber unbedingt reservieren! Nichts.

--Lokalitäten --Spa Angebot --Sehr freundliche Bedienung nur bei der öffentlichen Information --Morgenessen: Raum und Angebot -- gesamtheitlich herzloses Verhalten des Personals im Speziellen auch von der sogenannten Führung, wenn da überhaupt eine spürbar war. -- Abendessen beide Male mit wichtigen Kunden aus Asien katastrophal in Bedienung und vorallem Qualität.( Fleisch für Fondue Chinoise eine Frechheit!!)

Die Freundlichkeit und die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals sind vorbildlich. Küche und Bedienung im Kuchi-Kästli waren für mich sehr gut. Sorry, aber die Weinpreise sind total übersetzt. Gleichzeitig jammern die Schweizer Weinbauern über zu hohe Lagerbestände. Anständige Preise animieren mich, nur Flaschenweine, vielleicht sogar zwei pro Tag zu drinken. Uebersetzte Preise mit über Faktor 3 für einen Herrschäftler ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Ich selber habe den Schloss Salenegg von Mayenfeld im Keller, nebst einigen anderen Flaschen.......

Schönes Hotel wobei ich für den Preis ein grösseres Zimmer erwartet hatte im Hotel selbst wurde mir erst nach Nachfrage die einzeln Ecken erklärt. Im grossen und ganzen war alles gut. Die nicht funktionierende Karte bei der Tiefgarage die sich dieses Hotel mit dem Schweizerhof teilt .

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, verfügt über eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, einschliesslich das kulinarische Angebot. Der Service überalles gesehen wir sehr gut. Sämtliche Räume inkl. Sonnenterrasse waren stets sauber gehalten. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass auf dem Balkon mit 2 soliden Stühlen kein Tisch vorhanden war. Ein kleiner Tisch würde genügen!
