Good Location - close to downtown and shopping. Very noisy - street cars all day and late into night and early morning. Hard to sleep. |

Staff friendliness and ease in booking tours. Cold drinks on site to buy. Had to take our bags up some steps to get into the hotel, and a fair climb up the hill if walking with bags. |

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the decoration of the reception. This hotel is ver well situated, close to the central station and the town center. The cleaning ladies made a lot of noise in the morning and the tv screen was not clear |

It was fairly cheap. Good shower The bed was uncomfortable and the room very hot. Room situated by some steps which I found strange as I felt that someone could have accessed the room and I was a single female traveller. |

clean, polite staff, location, very basic but sufficient for 3-4 days stay I was annoyed by the fact that advertisement at booking.com stated 'free wireless internet in each room' while hotel offered only free wired access. After talking to the manager that was apparently a mistake which I believe he must have rectified with booking.com. |

As usual, I appreciate the proximity of the train station and the size of the rooms I am given, Mopre fruits for breakfast abd some different breads. |

I was very satisfied with the location, and the facilities in the hotel. The staff is also quite helpful. Lack of variety of food at breakfast. A serious complaint of mine was the height of wall-mounted TV in the room, into which I bumped my head on a regular basis. This issue was raised with the staff, but was not sorted out during my stay. |

Very good central Zurich location. Zurich is very expensive, and this hotel was pretty nice, and one of the cheaper options in the city. A little expensive for what you get, but that's Zurich for you. |

Very convenient, only two tram stops away from main train station, tram stop is just outside the hotel. If you want to walk the main station and shopping area is only a 5 minute walk. Hotel is on a hill so it is best to take the tram if you have lots of luggage to carry The hotel dosent have a restaurant as such. There is an attached bar/restaurant where you can get breakfast if you want but I would advise you use one of the places in the nearby trainstation.Noise from the tramstop outside may bother some but it is only a minor issue. |

Friendly staff, hotel well equiped. Central position towards old town and airport. Streetnoise from streetcars at the front of the hotel, although it didn't bother me personally. |

the location was good: 5 minutes to main train station, the airport tram is just in front of the hote, 10 min from university. The hotel breakfast (not included in the price) was I'd say expensive (17 CHF) for the stuf you get. |

Internet was included in the roomprice and was on line Should be hot water boiler to drink hot water, coffe or tea. Could not change the room temperature (For me very cold, as I live in Thailand) |
