Hyvä sijainti lähellä keskustaa. Ihan vieressä yliopistolla on näköalatasanne, josta näkee kaupungin hienosti. Raitiovaunu lentokentältä tulee oven eteen. Huoneessa oli kuuma, kattotuuletinkaan ei auttanut. |

Ystävällinen, aina valmis palvelemaan oleva henkilökunta. Helteellä kohtuullisesti ilmastoidut huoneet - kattotuuletin, joka toimi yllättävän hyvin. Hyvät yhteydet kaikkiin liikennevälineisiin. Minibaarin/jääkaapin puute huoneessa, jotta olisi voinut edes vähän säilyttää kylmää juotavaa helteellä. Tyynyt eivät kovin hyvät. Aamiaisjärjestely ei mielestämme hintansa arvoinen, joten emme käyttäneet kokeiltuamme kerran. |

ERittäin hyvä sijainti, 5min päärautatieasemalle ja raitiovaunu suoraan lentokentälle oven edestä. Aamiainen ei valitettavasti kuulunut hotelliyön hintaan. |

The staff was friendly, accomodating and provided excellent service. Quite pricey for the level of comfort, but all of Zurich is expensive. |

The staff was friendly -- when I was checking out, the woman at the desk asked if I wanted to leave my bags there for a few hours. I thought that was very nice of her. The location is very central and the price is good considering the convenience of access to the train station and airport. The bathrooms are small. |

Staff friendliness and ease in booking tours. Cold drinks on site to buy. Had to take our bags up some steps to get into the hotel, and a fair climb up the hill if walking with bags. |

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the decoration of the reception. This hotel is ver well situated, close to the central station and the town center. The cleaning ladies made a lot of noise in the morning and the tv screen was not clear |

It was fairly cheap. Good shower The bed was uncomfortable and the room very hot. Room situated by some steps which I found strange as I felt that someone could have accessed the room and I was a single female traveller. |

clean, polite staff, location, very basic but sufficient for 3-4 days stay I was annoyed by the fact that advertisement at booking.com stated 'free wireless internet in each room' while hotel offered only free wired access. After talking to the manager that was apparently a mistake which I believe he must have rectified with booking.com. |

I was very satisfied with the location, and the facilities in the hotel. The staff is also quite helpful. Lack of variety of food at breakfast. A serious complaint of mine was the height of wall-mounted TV in the room, into which I bumped my head on a regular basis. This issue was raised with the staff, but was not sorted out during my stay. |

Very good central Zurich location. Zurich is very expensive, and this hotel was pretty nice, and one of the cheaper options in the city. A little expensive for what you get, but that's Zurich for you. |
