Helpful staff, tram stop right outside the front door, walking distance to downtown.

No ac, tram line right outside (noisy).

Good Location - close to downtown and shopping.

Very noisy - street cars all day and late into night and early morning. Hard to sleep.

Staff friendliness and ease in booking tours. Cold drinks on site to buy.

Had to take our bags up some steps to get into the hotel, and a fair climb up the hill if walking with bags.

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the decoration of the reception. This hotel is ver well situated, close to the central station and the town center.

The cleaning ladies made a lot of noise in the morning and the tv screen was not clear

I was annoyed by the fact that advertisement at booking.com stated 'free wireless internet in each room' while hotel offered only free wired access. After talking to the manager that was apparently a mistake which I believe he must have rectified with booking.com.

I was very satisfied with the location, and the facilities in the hotel. The staff is also quite helpful.

Lack of variety of food at breakfast. A serious complaint of mine was the height of wall-mounted TV in the room, into which I bumped my head on a regular basis. This issue was raised with the staff, but was not sorted out during my stay.

Very good central Zurich location. Zurich is very expensive, and this hotel was pretty nice, and one of the cheaper options in the city.

Very convenient, only two tram stops away from main train station, tram stop is just outside the hotel. If you want to walk the main station and shopping area is only a 5 minute walk. Hotel is on a hill so it is best to take the tram if you have lots of luggage to carry

The hotel dosent have a restaurant as such. There is an attached bar/restaurant where you can get breakfast if you want but I would advise you use one of the places in the nearby trainstation.Noise from the tramstop outside may bother some but it is only a minor issue.
