Tillgången till internet on line. Vänlig personal Hade ingen "normal" retaurant för kvällmåltid, bara (natt?)klubben Crazy Cow med hög ljudvolym och allmännt hålligång |

We got room upgrade from 1 double bed to 2 double bed, big room. Chocolate in the room is delicious. There is some noisy bcz near the bus station, but I feel ok for me. |

Good clean friendly hotel, breakfast is in a separate restaurant in the same building. Free wifi. Good location. Parking a problem (they arranged for me to park in a nearby parking garage for 25chf per night) |

Very clean and good bedroom, bathroom(with bath), comfortable bed, location, 'hip restaurant',free internet in the room. The weather had just turned vold and the heating inadequate to heat up the room (radiators luke warm), no lounge/bar open. Restaurant prices. |

The friendliness of the staff was very marked and the breakfast was very good and inexpensive. Good internet connection. Very convenient for the main station. |

A very interesting hotel. We enjoyed the artistic touches and the decor in general. The location was good. Our room was upgraded and was excellent. |

The room was very well looked after during our one-week stay. The ready availability at all hours of the Crazy Cow restaurant (although not fully part of the hotel) was a real plus. The noise of the bell in the nearby church was a nuisance, although it is appreciated that the hotel cannot do anything about that. |

Location - hotel is easily located for main centre of Zurich, station & tram to airport (#10) Breakfast was limited & poor value for money. The room facilities are somewhat tired & the beds were very hard. It is also extremely noisy as there is no air-conditioning so you need to have a window open |

very nice hotel. easy to find way from airport, railway st, great location in the city centre, all attractions- just on walk distance. very clean. stuff is helpfull and friendly, i would recomend this hotel to stay. |

Close to the city center and at a good price compared to other hotels in Zurich. Clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Although free the internet access was awful, with slow speed almost dead most of the day.Breakfast not included at the basic price. |

Enjoyed the quirky paintings on the walls - both of your room and on each floor, to show you which way your room is. Also, that on your arrival the bath towel is on your bed shaped like a swan, with a wrapped piece of Toblerone on its back. Staff also very friendly and helpful. |
