The well-designed conference and banqueting centre of the hotel consists of 4 salons, all with natural daylight and equipped with the latest technology. The restaurant Sapori maintains the tradition of the Italian restaurant at the hotel in a new décor. This décor is both contemporary and eclectic, as are the other areas of the hotel. Everything was perfect, but very expensive, personnel very polite and welcoming, very well trained, smiling, warm.The effort done to memorise the name of guest is very nice, I felt that personnel of the hotel was so much good, every one knows his job perfectly.It was a real pleasure staying at this excellent hotel.We was upgraded to a bigger room, and we apreciate it. I have some comments on internet which is not free, and very , very expensive, 35 CHF is a lot for 24 hours, usually when I travel in 5 stars hotels around the world, it is free.They should make it free considering the nightly rates 765CHF. Spa treatment excessively expensive, 860 CHF for 2 massage & 2 treatment is huge, breakfast 96CHF is absolutely out of the standard. Finally for the money we paid the quality of the tissue paper in the room was less than poor, and the mini soaps was not changed during our stay for 4 days!!, they really should have bigger soaps if they dont change that offen. I hope they will do an effort on the different comments I made, I really would like to get back to this hotel in the summer maybe.Regard |

The staff was outstanding. It is exactly what you would expect from a hotel of its reputation. The food was way over priced, and not very good at all. The very same reason we chose the hotel turned out to be its downfall. It was New Years eve and we just wanted to walk 1 block to the lake, and my husband got pick pocketed. Afterwards we were advised that is not safe at night to leave the hotel. That defeated the reason we chose the location in the first place. Did I say how bad the food was????? |

Die verständnisvolle und überaus zuvorkomrmende Behandlung einer drei Generationen Familie mit speziellen Bedürfnissen hat uns sehr gut getan. Die Eingangstreppe sollte unbedingt ein stabiles Geländer haben und irgendwo sollte das Hotel rollstuhlgängig erreichbar sein. |
