The staff were great

I believe the standard in general,( I cant accept that a hotel of this standard would have a chicha bar , and a noisy life music in the entrance of the hotel) has went down tremendously I stayed in this hotel from the 80th and I have seen it is up and down but was shocked this time of its poor quality. Extremely disappointed, the rooms had no complementary fruits or any thing, the towels were so old they felt like loufas . I hope they do something about it

The fact that the desk lamp did not work after two requests that it should be repaired, after which I gave up - and left.

The management and staff are very helpful and courteous. The location is an excellent one. The food was also very good. I will consider this hotel whenever I travel to Geneva in the future.

I did not appreciate having the water pipe (Nargila) being offerred to smokers at the Terrace as it smells terrible and I was not pleased to use the Terrace for having my coffee or entertain my guests. To me this had degraded the hotel.

Très bons accueil et services

Pour 1 étranger ne connaissant pas Genève, il est très difficile de trouver la nuit le Jartdin Brunswick. Le numero de téléphone est injoignable pour 1 étranger qui n'a pas de tél. mobile suisse. J'ai erré 1 h dans Geneve avant de trouver

La camera, anche se era l'ultima camera dell'albergo,(primo piano, vista cortile, piccola, era bella!
