Glacier 3000 was the best of all ..Leysin is a beautiful place and very scenic..Good restaurants in the area ..Best for skiing and winter camping hiking and sports..The only problem is city is dead after 5.30/6 and u don’t get most of the things after 5/5.30..

Nice resort, a bit small, good for beginners, not too busy, cool snow park, relatively affordable (for Swiss standards), almost no drag lifts (in Leysin itself). Unfortunately it was too warm when I was there (February 2020) so the snow was not really good, but other than that it's great for a long weekend.

The boys loved the place, the well-equipped kitchen and especially the cosiness of the wood-burning heater! Also much appreciated was the proximity to the sports centre, especially the swimming pool, which the boys used every day, and the grocery shops within reasonable walking distance. Excellent wi-fi connection and netflix on the tv offered entertainment for the kids when the weather turned. Also enjoyed was he superb scenery and the vast open spaces.

I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. It has a lift from lobby to flat and flat is wide enough and spacious to move around with wheelchair. Beautiful warm flat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location highly. Leysin station is just outside to take to main stations which has extremely good connectivity throughout Switzerland.

Anyway one can have a decent breakfast considering one is not lookling for vegetables, fruits, good coffee (there is a coffe but just a coffee). There is no fridge in the room. Toilet space is big, OK. Table space in the room is very limited but OK as a over-night stay. Consider a need to step out of the room in the night to ask teenagers to stop singing :)
