I liked the convenience as it is in front of the Cornavin station and from there it's easy to go anywhere around the city and the airport. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were fast. The hotel does not have a lobby on the ground floor of the building and the internet is not free. |

It is 3-minutes walk away from train station (if you know where it is). Above average breakfast and the staff is friendly. The hotel is rather hidden and not-so-easy to find despite its location advantage. |

I was surprised at the quality of the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and room size is large. Hotel decor was nice and a good variety breakfast. I was very surprised this was only rated as a 2 star. Definitely under-rated. The only down side was its location near a busy centre, although handy for travellers like me, but a little noisy at times. Fortunately for me I could leave the windows shut at night as it was cool enough. If hot and no aircon, noise would be an issue. All considering, with the price you pay this is one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed in. |

I was very surprised by this hotel. It has a very unique charm and feels cozy. The staff was also very nice and the location could not be more convenient. |

Close to station but that was the only advantage. Difficulty in finding the hotel and lenght of time in reaching one's room.I Arrived after dark and had much difficulty in finding the hotel.A Hotel nearby where I stopped to ask, said that they were continuously asked for help in finding the hotel.Once found (despite the small and only sign and not being lit) it is quite a performance getting into the building and to the hotel. The door takes time to be open and the lift serves about 20 different offices so reaching one's room is not a quick matter. Breakfast was very poor. |

I choose it for the location, fearing that it would be the classical hotel close to the station, but I was positively surprised since it was really excellent. |

Convenient for Geneva railway station and inexpensive by Swiss standards. Facilities fairly basic. Would suit a "no-frills" customer. |

Very friendly welcome. Very accomidating staff and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and well prepared. We felt very comfortable in the hotel the entire time we were there. Although the rooms were a bit small, it is a perfect hotel for someone who wants a nice place to rest but is there for travel reasons. The hotel being located across the street from a main train station and next to several trams makes it a great place to base your travels around Geneva. |

Reception and breakfast staff were very courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure not to have to queue at reception to check in and out. The hotel was situated right opposite the train station (from airport) and was a few minutes stroll along Rue de Mont Blanc past the post office (handy) to the lake. The furnishings were not grand, but if you want a central, comfortable, cheap bed for the night it is ideal. A little hard to find, being part of a shopping/office block. Some very precise directions beforehand would help. |

Clean Garbage trucks waking me up at 5 am; no air conditioning; poor breakfast; screaming people in the square carrying on all night; ridiculously expensive for the quality. No air conditioning means the windows must stay open or one would broil to death. |

The workers were young and very helpful. The location of the hotel was great, though I'd be careful in the neighborhood at night In the end there was nothing to complain about regarding the hotel, only geneva itself which we found quite over rated, dirty, run down, under construction, smelly, and unfriendly compared to the rest of switzerland. |
