This hotel was in an excellent location in front of the main terminal. The staff was so nice, specially the night duty person Nam. He took all the effort that wifi was functional. Geneva is a very expensive city, this hotel was reasonably priced and has s nice quaint "shabby-chic" appeal to it. The rooms are big, a bit loud since its by the main station, but overall not so bad. Breakfast buffet did not have a lot of choices but thats all okay, its not a Las Vegas buffet, its Geneva! Choices include all the basics, and coffee was good enough to get you started for the day. Since Geneva is so expensive, save a bit on this hotel. It's in a great location, practical, comfortable and at the same time a very pleasant and accomodating staff. I'll definitely stay here again, I hope you will consider it as well.

Good location, close to downtown and central railway station. Very good for short stay. There were not enough sockets in the room. To charge laptop and mobile phone we had to unplug lamps

As indicated above, I was there for some business, plus the opportunity to see Geneva and environs. The staf were very efficient, and well- prepared to assit visitors. It is located directly opposite the train station at Place de Cornavin, but as it is on the second floor of the building it is in, it is initially difficult to find, and many locals I asked did not know where it was. That aside, it is highly recommended by me! There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like!!!

Great location, excellent staff, specially the recipient staff are very plasent and help us to have a comfortable stay. This visit we have been in four other hotels as we travelled affter the conference and this is the best hotel. Everything about this hotel is good. Only a slight problem we had was the street noise which we had with most of the hotels during our many visits to Geneva. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is very nice and prestative; the breakfast is good, the location is wonderful (in front of the Gare Cornavin), the room is very elegant, the bathroom is huge. The hotel is nice and clean. Although the location of the hotel is excelent for being in the central part of the city, the negative hand of it is a lot of noise during all night. Ambulances and policies car are heard during all night. Besides that, the floor of the hotel is very noisy and we can hear the steps of the people, mainly the high heel and baggages. I didn't sleep well while I was there.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent price, comfortable room. Recommended for fall, winter and spring. Not four-star, but a great deal in an expensive city. I'll stay again next time I'm in Geneva. I was there, fortunately, during cooler weather. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms in summer would be a big drawback, since the windows (double-glazed and sound resistant) open onto busy streets. The bathrooms and paintwork could use a bit of updating.

Geneva prices are high so in truth although a modest hotel it was really good value at about 150chf per night. The booking allowed for cancellation which is always useful. The room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom and with the windows closed and blackout shutter down there was no noise despite being right on a busy road. You at 10 minutes safe and direct walk to the centre, 50 metres from the central station and in a super safe location that is well lit and not down a sise road. I stay in GE very often for 2 and 3 nights and will use this as my regular stop moving forward. I understood what I was getting and the description was very acurate. But if you expect up market and loads of facilities this is not for you but you won't get it in ge at that price. If you want better facilities try La Villa du Lac in Divonne Les Bain, but you will need a car.

Located right next to the train station & close to the city center. Receptionist spoke both French & English. Everything as advertised, no surprises / issues. Mostly small things: 1. Heard some noise from people celebrating St Patrick's day on the street - but that's the price to pay for accessible location, I suppose ;-) 2. I don't think it has air-conditioning, and opening the window might be problematic due to the noise outside. Was not a problem at this time of the year, but might have been in summer. 3. WiFi signal was comparably weak, though still useable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Incredible location, over looking Cornavin Train Station Difficult to find - enter through a communal building and then take a lift up to the 2nd floor to get to reception.

Hotel is perfectly placed in front of train station. Room is a large size and very new furniture of Asian theme. Main shopping street is next to the hotel. The Geneva Lake and fountain are a straight walk down the shopping street, for a little more than 5 minutes walk! Staff was beyond fantastic and friendly. Helped with any small request. Dining area furniture is very new and fun. Bath towels were the largest I have ever seen. Bath tub is great.

Right next to train station, and the hotel staff gave me a free public transport pass that I could use to get to the airport (and around all buses, trams and trains). The room was cosy and friendly, very clean, and staff was also friendly and helpful. The free wifi was terrible. It did not work at all in my room, only in the eating area, and even then the connection was on and off, making it impossible to do any real online work. The breakfast was only so-so, with somewhat stale bread and no cooked options.

Reasonably priced in an otherwise very expensive city. Spacy room. Central location. Good sound isolation: not much noise from outside gets through, even in room on street- side. Good shutter / room darkening. Friendly, efficient personnel. WiFi access poor: cuts out all the time (but had room farthest from reception, so may be better in other rooms).

The room was really great, comfortable and well furnished. The 2 reception staff I encountered were not Swiss in appearance and exhibited the most inflexible and inhospitable set of attitudes I have experienced in about 15 hotels this trip. If a hotel is located next to a transport hub as in this case a main train station there needs to be an earlier provision for breakfast since many train services leave around 7am and of course one has paid for breakfast in the room rate.

This was a great find. The location is perfect, close to the main train station. The room was extremely clean and well-designed. There is space in the rooms and nice furniture. The staff are extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and multi-lingual. I would definitely return. This is my best experience in Geneva and at a great price. Recommended!

Very good location, near the train station and the centre of geneva. It is worth its money, since geneva is a very expensive city in all sections. Friendly staff. Generally we were satisfied, it is ideal for an economic and convenient stay for wandering to the beautiful but expensive geneva. I think breakfast needs improvement.

Excellent location, in front of the train station and 5 minutes from the friend I came to visit. The area the hotel is situated in has a lot of restaurants and bars and the lake is less than 10 minutes away. The room was very clean. All the staff was nice and polite and it's not a problem if you don't speak French because they all speak good English. The breakfast buffet was quite small and at night the room was very hot at times.

They offer extremely reasonal price for Geneva accommodation. The room is clean, well organized and pretty comfortable. It is not a claim, but the wireless Internet is often out of range and doesn't work in the room.
