Hotel Les Arcades

エアコンがなく、扇風機だった。朝食ラウンジの周りに部屋のドアがあり、朝食の支度をする音が朝早くからうるさかった。

The hotel is very central, just across the train station and the tram stop, so if you're attenting un meetings its ideal and in 15minutes you would be in the meeting hall. It is also just 10minute walk from the lake so perfect if you want to go for a stroll in the evening. I also found the hotel very clean.

The hotel is very very basic and the rooms are not decorated to the latest style. The breakfast is not plentiful and poor in choice, however it was good enough.

the hotel has a great location, right off the main train terminal coming from the airport. good staff and decent breakfast.

The location was ideal for my business meetings. Great access to public transportation and to dining. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

When the windows were open; it could be a little noisy. A coffee maker in the room would be a great addition,

Almost everything was ok

There was only small note in reception on the possibility to get Geneva Transport Card, it could be expressed in the more obvious way.

Location is excellent, 2 minutes from the main railways station. Friendly staff. Very quiet even considering the busy road outside the front, the windows insulated the sound very well.

Breakfast was ok

The room was small and noisy; the "hotel" had merely bedrooms and a place to eat breakfast. It had no other comforts

The hotel is located close to the main railway station. The person at the front desk was friendly.

The room smelled really very very bad. So bad that you had to open the window, but of course then it was very noisy ! That smell stayed in my clothes for the whole next day. The smell was the same in the room of my friend. When I got home and looked at the bill, they had charged city tax for 2 persons while I was alone in the room. The minibar in the room was empty. Avoid this hotel !!!

outside noise and some smells

Hotel with personalised service, warm and friendly staff. An absolute value for money. Biggest advantage close to the station, so we could travel easily.

When we arrived at the hotel I thought i did a mistake by booking this hotel as the hotel is on the second floor and the entrance downstairs doesn't do justice to the hotel. Ones you go upstairs you are just at home away from home.
