The two persons we met at the reception (a cheerful gentleman who welcomed us at the arrival and, the next day, a very nice lady) were both very friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet and pictoresque hotel in a recovered building of at least 400 years, with no luxury but with a nice countryside and family looking, where we surely will come back again. The only initial problem was to find the hotel (more or less 15 minutes away from the city of Neuchâtel), but then the itinerary was easy to memorize. The only difficulty was to find the way to the hotel at the first time, but then it became easy to memorize the road (practically one) to the city center.

Extremely hard to find. Room nothing like the web site small cramped and dingy. Possibly the most overpriced hotel of our trip .I was lead to expect a golf course very close by .It was 4 klms away. Breakfast really sparse.coming from Baden Baden where we had 4 star accommodation for the same price was hard to take.
