Kind receptionists Yes; When booking I was under the impression that this was a fairly luxurious hotel with good facilities including a swimming pool, but on rechecking the website I could not find this information. The reception was miniscule, no lift, the hotel name was hotel des Alpes, , chamber maid noisily started cleaning rooms at 8h00 am ,very poor soundproofing, no views, small tv , no bath, toilet roll holder down by radiator, |

Sauber, gegenüber dem Bahnhof, ziemlich Zentral aber ruig. MItarbeiter sind freundlich. Im Preis könnte schon das Frühstück dabei sein. WiFi Internet wird angeboten, aber die SIgnalqualität ist ziemlich schlecht. Länger als 40 Minute musste ich verbringen, um eine saubere Verbindung zu empfangen.... |

L'accueil La salle du petit déjeuner est enfumée (asthmatiques s'abstenir). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas génial : pas d'eau chaude à volonté pour les boissons chaudes, pas beaucoup de choix (manquait du fromage). |

Hotel correct. 1. Dans ma reservation a été clairement écrit que tous les frais sont inclus dans le prix. Néanmoins, la personne à l'accueil m'a inclut ces frais dans la facture et m'a les fait payer. Je trouve cela est inadmissible et j'attends le remboursement de cet argent !! 2. Le jeune homme à l'accueil n'a pas pu me renseigner sur le fonctionnement du parking en face. |

Personeel is vriendelijk , hotel is centraal geleden en kamer is prima, ontbijt ook netjes verzorgd. Het hotel is wel zeer luidruchtig, overal ligt laminaat op de grond en elke stap, elke woord op de gang is hoorbaar in elke kamer van het hotel.De wanden zijn zeer dun. . |

Hotel situé en centre ville, facille d'accès. Pas de places de parking ou garages attribués. Cependant comme l'hotel était situé en face de la gare, il était facile de trouver des places en dehors des horaires des horodateurs payants. |
