The welcome and attention to detail was faultless. The Hotel is small enough to have an intimacy and individuality that would be hard to achieve in a hotel chain. Although expensive you felt it was well worth the price and it seems consistent with the high prices in Geneva. The decor is beautiful but never glitz or showy. Definately worthy of it's 5* rating. |

Wonderfully quiet location in the centre of the old town. Beautifully furnished without pretension or garishness. Excellent breakfast. Staff courteous and friendly. This is a great hotel |

Charming disigner hotel with exellent staff , very good brekfast,very close to the center, good management , attention to details I did not like the appearance of the waitress serving breakfast - she seems to be from another world though she tried to do her best |

It is very beautiful, excellently situated and very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel and our room was superb. |

Уютный отель, приветливый персонал, отличное расположение отеля для прогулок по старому городу. Может быть стоило бы сделать полноценный бар в лобио и проход из отеля в ресторан |

静かで清潔。豪華過ぎず、上質で必要充分なものが備わっている。とても居心地が良い。散策、買い物にも便利- 。ただ坂や階段が多いので足や腰の悪い人には少々辛いかも。車は一方通行が多く大回りしないといけないので- 注意。 |

立地 景観 伝統 趣 サービス スタッフの方々皆さん 親切でした。 予約の際 大きさも含め いろいろなタイプの 部屋があり もう少し広めの部屋を予約したかったことが 残念です。ホームページにて 部屋の詳細が わかるようにして頂ければ 幸いです。次回も 宿泊したいと 思いました。 レストランのメニューの内容が あまり理解できなかった。日本語のメニューが欲しいと思いました。 |
