Located right in the heart of the old city of Geneva Breakfast too poor for a 5 star hotel. Not even eggs in the buffet!. Bath- tub only with very dangerous access (no shower) in the room. For above 700 chf per night definitely not value for money

Lovely room in a peaceful hotel. In old City so minimal traffic. Pleasant restaurant on site. Staff couldn't have been more charming and helpful. No bar as such; you have to walk around the outside of the hotel to get to the restaurant which has a small bar area. Nice continental breakfast but, considering the room rates, could have been a little more extensive.

The hotel was very nice, Did late check out 2PM, no extra charges. Internet Was very unstable.. fast-slow.. The hotel is completely non smoking, i though this kind of things were an option when you spend so big amount on a room.

Charming hotel, excellent Swiss restaurant. Rather small rooms but spotless driving up there through tiny winding streets might be a bit of challenge

The comfort of the room, the helpfulness of the staff, the old town surroundings. Exactly what I needed. Arriving by car the frist time was confusing but it is in the old town so to be expected. Don't drink the mini bar wine!

The room was very nicely decorated, fanatsic mix between new and old. Excellent staff. Free Wifi of excellent quality, which of course should be expected from a Hotel of this level. The "a la carte" omelettes for breakfast was ridicoulously expensive. Should be included in the breakfast,

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of town. Very clean and perfectly redone. There was one man on staff one night that was of no help. We were asking for dinner recommendations and he was useless and then we needed some transportation information and he did not give us the right times etc. We then asked for a drink and said he could not fix for us (which the man the night before had done) so my husband went to the bar at the restaurant and they informed him that it was a 5 star hotel and they would do anything and would deliver to our room. Wonderful. Everyone else was amazing and very helpful. Very good staff and bar at the restaurant. Wonderful.

Very quiet and peaceful in the Old Town yet very central for the main shops and restaurants. Very easy access from airport to central railway station is only 6 minutes. Hotel was very intimate, great for couples, on arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, the room was fabulous. Nothing - could not fault the hotel or the staff

The hotel is the perfect boutique environment with a very romantic location. The "but" is the lack of amenities relative to the cost (high). We paid 500 francs and were charged 25 f for internet 14f for a DVD etc.
