Location, Rooms

The bedroom had character. The bathroom was very modern and staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating.

Tv does not have many english channels. Double room but single beds. Mini bar and room service costs.

I am a frequent visitor, the hotel strikes the perfect balance between being classy yet friendly and provides good value for the money

Lighting system. How keep only one light on at night? Missing space for tioleteries in the bathroom

Location was really good, but hard to reach the hotel by car! Bed was very comfortable, valet was a plus! The restaurant had a great cheese fondue. Ask for a refurbished room! President Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and John F. Kennedy, all stayed here... George Clooney as well. I'd give it four stars by int. standards.

Walls aren't noise proof. Quite difficult to get to the hotel by car. Breakfast wasn't great. Internet connection was constantly being interrupted! Some rooms were great, whereas some suites were terrible! The hotel had upgraded me to a suite which I refused it as my booked room was much nicer.

It's a cozy, chic Boutique Hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms seem recently refurnished, clean. It's location is great, while you need to walk a good deal of stairs to get to the Hotel, if you're walking.

Problem with Parking as the streets all around it are very narrow.

It was a relatively understated but really excellent hotel. The room was nothing short of excellent and the location was idylic.

Very poor attitude of the staffs(reception), no facilities, poor breakfast, poor assistance and coordination, narrow corodors and area, no lobby, room view very bad.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Had booked a superior double, but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite. Absolutely lovely room. Elegant, spotless, comfortable, excellent climate control. Great bathroom and the nicest smelling body lotion of any hotel I've been in. Lovely breakfast room with a nice assortment and the option to order eggs. Great location in the center of the old city.

location is perfect, free upgrade to larger room (no known reasons). this new room was big and nicely / modern design decorated.

upgrade was delivered by the receptionist with the face like ' I don't know why you have it, must be a mistake'. during breakfast the old lady serving cups was also cleaning the tables - using big dirty rag - not even removing the table tops. No room service after 10 pm. same receptionist answered rather angry when I called him for asking about snacks. 5 start service? forget it..

The room nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Free Wifi. Convenient location in old town.

Location

In the middle of old city (Geneva), with a very good restaurant, is the best choice in this area. George Clooney, Bill Clinton where costumers in there. Me too ;)))

Excelente localização, perto de todo centro histórico e do centro de compras, com restaurantes também ao redor. quarto amplo, bem limpo. Atendentes solícitos.

Просто супер - и отель, и номер, и персонал, и город!!! Отель не из дешевых, но он стоит своих денег.
