“ Agent was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were up to the minute and excellent. The shopping centre is around the corner and the football stadium was one street away. Public transport is right outside the door, as well as a post box. What more could you want? ”

Zurich’s Letzigrund – Apartment offers apartment with a separate living room and sleeping quarters, a kitchen, dining area, bathroom and modern furnishings. Some also have direct access to a private roof-top terrace and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The local bus stops just 20 metres from the property and the Letzigrund Tram Station and stadium are both 200 metres away. Grocery shops can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Zurich’s city centre and local attractions such as Grossmünster Church, Fraumünster Abbey or Niederdorf, the city’s old district, can all be reached by tram within 20 minutes. It was perfect and every time I wrote an e-mail to you, I had an answer from you very quick. Thanks a lot! We had to buy toilet-paper and handsoap, but small things.

Location (next to #31 bus). Very good kitchen facilities and fit-out although lacking some utensils (we left a list). Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff from the company who own the apartment. Although it meets most practical needs, it's appearance and decoration is very basic and there were several small issues that need to be attended to, e.g. extra kitchen utensils needed, bedroom door can't be closed thus negating the benefit of a one-bedroom apart over a studio apartment. We left a list so hopefully these will be rectified for the next guests.

The apartment was really clean. The view was marvellous. The bus stop was really close to the appartment and it passes every 8min. The staff when needed were very helpful.

Great apartment close to bus stop for the city, no 31, and supermarket nearby for self catering. With a laundry it was a bonus.

Agent was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were up to the minute and excellent. The shopping centre is around the corner and the football stadium was one street away. Public transport is right outside the door, as well as a post box. What more could you want? At night the street noise is audible inside if the windows are open. This may be because there is no aircon, just heaters.

Kleine,aber niedliche Wohnung. Preisleistung top! Total unkomplizierte Vermieterin samt Personal ! Fahrstuhl ( 5. Stock ). Parkplatz hinter dem Haus möglich. Würde Wohnung wiedernehmen ! Kleine Mängel schon dem Vermieter aufgeschrieben.

شقة راقية ونظيفة جدا جدا ... وسعرها رخيص جدا .. واسعة .. موقف مجاني للسيارة .. بقربها ماكدونالدز وسوبرماركت كوب .. وكذلك قريبة من مول صغير .. موقعها بعيد عن السنتر نوعا ما .. لا يوجد مرافق ..

Apartamento muito bom e confortável, amplo e excelente para família ou grupo de pessoas. Apesar de termos chegado tarde ao local não tivemos muitos problemas. O responsável foi muito atencioso, mesmo em situações que não estavam previstas no contrato.

Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein separates Bad - Abstand zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern - große Dachterasse - Eine "normale" Kaffemaschine würden den Supereindruck noch vervollständigen.
