breakfast...yum yum! lovely ...very friendly lady helping around with tea and coffee ... warm greetings to her ;-) Moreover very warm in the room ...I advise to turn off the heating in the bathroom soon as you walk in to the room! Overall very pleasant stay, location wise very convinient. I recommend the Japaniese restaurant next door ;-) Reception personel very pleasant. And most importantly - nice and clean! ... oh come on...you can even ask for your breakfast to be brought to the room with no extra charge! Why would you complint!? hahaha |

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. No free wireless internet. Shower nozzle was attached to the wall at the height of my belly button. Very strange. |

Location is excellent, many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy travel connections. Close to station. Breakfast was rather poor (no cheese at all, swiss or otherwise!), and hardly replenished. |

the hotel staff was very nice, we could notice some improvements in the hotel amenities, room was large. as the prices on the city was god for a weekend staying. it is needed to put something to cover the bath! and the rooms need to be better cleaned as our room had a lot of dust on the closet and furniture. |

The only fact that I think is a little inconvenient is that there was no internet connection in the room. The hotel said that there was a fixed connection, but it did not work, despite several attempts. I would not stay in this hotel if I needed a internet connection. |

the location of the hotel is perfect, near the lac of Lemon and in the centre of the geneve. All magasins for shopping , restaurants and pharmacies are very near, so the location is excellent. 1) the system of heating was not working, 2) the breakfast is poor, 3) there is no bell man to help in luggage 4) no baskets in the room and soap and shampoo are not sufficient for 2 showers , no shower cap |

A reasonably priced hotel within close walking distance to the central train station and with good access to the town centre for shopping (e.g. "Manor") and sight-seeing. My room was next to the 'kitchen area' and was therefore noisy during the preparations for breakfast. |
