Hotel Lido

Nothing at all. Beds were very uncomfortable because matresses were very old and overused. Our room which was on the 5th floor was very warm at night and there was no air conditioned.If we opened the window to get some fresh air it was very noisy The room design due to the ceiling was really unpleasant and we could often hit our body. The bathroom was really old and the bathroom was so high so that we had to take care when leaving the shower. The water was either too hot or too cold and it was difficult to enjoy the shower. Finally, the breaksfast was always the same and it did not include fruit or yoghourts.We didn´t really enjoy our stay!!!!!

staff were friendly- room was spacious and not in a basement.

it was noisy throughout the night outside but probably to be expected as central location- you couldnt have windows open but they were double glazed so noise was cut a little -would have been nice to have a fan.

the location was great... it was near the train station, downtown, and the lake.

there was no air conditioning in the room, i really didn't need it at night but during afternoons, the room was really hot.

In a good position and close to all transport links. Breakfast was adequate - I chose muesli and croissants, orange juice and tea.

The Staff is Helpful and the location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Geneva Train Station

It was very hot in Geneva and Hotel did not have air conditioner and even no Fans. This is not acceptable, we requested a Table Fan and they did not have even that. This is unacceptable even after paying this expensive hotel tariff.

The hotel is centrally located and is a short walk from the main railway station. There are many varied restaurants close by and the two we tried for dinner were great. The staff at hotel reception were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was provided in the tariff but we thought it was very ordinary.

Just 5min walk from the main Railway Station and it takes only 7min to reach the Lake by walk...excellent location. Hotel Staff were nice.

Breakfast was not sufficient for the room price. Room was hot and very noisy at night (traffic noise and construction sounds disturbed our sleep).

Great location in the city centre , near bus and train stations.

City location is convenient to public transport and events, shopping etc. Despite central location it is quiet at night. Staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but ours was very big.

Huge TV on table not leaving much free table space, light only next to the bed - not convenient for work.

The light in our room was broken. We reported it to the hotel staff 2 times in 2 days but no one came to fix it. The hotel service is poor.
