The swimming pool in the hotel is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not suited to travelling with children at all. Under 16-s are not even allowed to the relaxation area. There's not enough storage in the rooms, not even a hook to hang the bathrobes! Room central heating is poor and can't be adjusted. It's too hot, so one has to keep windows open all night. Breakfast was skimpy, falling far from expectations in a 4* hotel.

Thermal spas were perfect cure for jet lag.

No elevators so luggage up the stairs was tiring. No parking.

We enjoyed the dining and wellness aspect of our stay at the Hotel

Nothing, but a late check-out would have been nice!!

Meine Zwillingsschwester und ich sind sehr verwöhnt worden,(Geburtstag), wir haben phänomenal im goldenen Schlüssel gefeiert und gegessen, wir waren im wunderschönen Neubau einquartiert, grosses Kompliment für diesen schönen Bau, hervorragendes Morgenbuffet!!!! Danke

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Wir kommen wieder.

Limmathof Baden Hotel & SPA befindet sich im alten Stadtteil von Baden. Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht. Der Preis für das Zimmer beinhaltet auch den Eintritt im Spabereich. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Der Service ist formidabel. Natürlich ist der Spabereich ein grossen Highlight. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral.

Leider gibt es eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Somit ist Ausschlafen während der Woche nicht so einfach. Das Frühstückbuffet hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Manche würden vielleicht sagen, dass das Angebot nicht ausreichend ist.

Wir waren im neuen Hoteltrakt untergebracht, welcher direkt an der Limmat liegt. Es war sehr angenehm ruhig da kein Autoverkehr.

Le calme de l'endroit, les installations, la qualité des chambres.

Lors de mon arrivée, on m'avait attribué une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation (on m'avait donné une chambre individuelle alors que j'avais pris une double pour une occupation simple). Lors de mon départ, je n'avais pas été avertie que la réception n'ouvrait qu'à 8h00, tout comme le petit-déjeuner... (jour férié). Résultat: pas de petit-déjeuner, beaucoup de stress (afin de ne pas louper mon train) pour obtenir ma facture (le système ne fonctionnait pas bien...) de la part d'une femme très peu aimable (qui en gros m'a dit que j'aurais du lire les affiches...mais où se trouvaient-elle??? Elle n'a pas su me dire...) et qui ne semblait pas très concernée... Et au final, pas une seule remarque du genre: "désolée pour le dérangement". J'ai en plus du payer le taxi pour rejoindre la gare alors que j'avais prévu le temps pour y aller à pied... Bref, bel hôtel, mais service pas à la hauteur.

Unschöne Umgebung das Zimmer war sehr einsichtig Kein Lift räume im Bad sollten renoviert werden

No English information in the room. All is in Swiss-German. Breakfast quality is very poor.

Im Zimmer gab es zwei Holzhocker (Design), aber keinen Stuhl mit Lehne. Keine Kofferablage. Kein Fahrstuhl im Seitengebäude, aber auch kein Angebot, den Koffer ins Zimmer transportieren zu lassen. (Vier-Sterne-Hotel!)

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'Hotel "vecchio", quello che si trova sulla sponda del fiume dove vi sono I diversi centri fitness e bagni termali, luogo tutt'ora in fase di rinnovo ed ingrandimento. Nonostante ciò il soggiorno é stato bello, la camera piccola ma accogliente e l'area spa abbastanza grande, bella ed anch'essa accogliente. A due passi dal centro città é risultata un'ottima posizione, ideale per tranquillità e comodità.

L'unica manchevolezza é che nella camera non vi era un frigo-bar, camera comunque molto bella e di design moderno. Il parcheggio coperto, unico disponibile in zona, costa chf 20.- al giorno.

Le personnel à la réception et le personnel de l'hôtel sont très peu aimables, peu accueillants, en fait, ils ne devraient pas travailler avec le public. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Le prix des chambres est beaucoup trop élevé en fonction de la prestation fournie.

No spa facilities at the Novum section. This is not clear from either booking.com or the hotel website. In fact the Junior Suites are stated to be in the Hotel and Novum Spa which is misleading. The main hotel and spa are some distance away. We didn't fell like walking there in the rain so decided to forgo the pleasure and left Baden early. Restaurant food mediocre at best. Breakfast mimimal.

Location, walking distance from town and meeting venue

Tv reception is poor with only 1 english channel No internet/wifi capability. I explained to the hotel staff that due to cellphone international roaming I can only receive text messages from South Africa and send texts to South Africa. The password and login could thus not be received by myself hence no inetrnet in my room. I would have thought that the password/login could ahve been sent to someone in the hotel who could ahve told me what they were verbally. The jack hammers starting at 7h30 each morning were not conducive to sleeping in. All hotel instructions were only in German
