Room configuration

The situation of the hotel, right at whole three of Golf de Crans. In the center of Crans with shops, golf etc. on walking distance. The beautiful decoration of the twenties.

The service in the bar/reading room: when ordering something one was told to order it somewhere there (pointing with finger) in the restaurant. This is not done in a place like that: a phone call to the college is easy done and the customer is satisfied. Now the customer ordered nothing and has a bad image of the service. When you order with bookings: you get a very small room on the North side of the hotel (no view of the golf course). The interior of the room has everything you need: maybe not luxurious and all very small...

Near to golf course. Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and lounge areas very nice. Quality of food excellent.

Noise from on-going construction right beside the hotel. Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade in decor. We upgraded from our classic room booking as the room was dark and overlooked a roof.

All staff , from reception to waiters to maids, highly professional and friendly. One of the best hotel experiences in the last few years. Highly recommended

A l'arrivée une reception des plus froide, sans bienvenue, sans sourire, en mettant en avant le règlement plutôt que d'expliquer la situation en répondant à ma demande d'obtenir la chambre plus tôt. Le lendemain, la réceptionniste était de meilleure humeur.

Bij de receptie waren zij heel vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam.

Het personeel buiten de jonge dame en de nerderlands sprekende jonge man was het overige personeel nauwelijks op de hoogte dat er geglimlacht mocht worden en ook niet zo flexibel. Wij wilden graag met een aantal personen gezamelijk ontbijten aan een lange tafel en dit was niet mogelijk uiterst onflexibel. Verder vragen zij een behoorlijke kamer prijs voor oude gedateerde kamers met name de badkamer,die is werkelijk zeer gedateerd. Het was ook gehorig .je hoorde de buren lopen,de vloer kraakt, je hoorde je buren ook dingen doen die je liever niet hoort,dat mag niet voor een 4 sterren hotel. Geen gratis wifi in de lobby en 25 euro voor het internetten per dag ,kan beter. Ik zou het hotel aan bevelen vanwege de ligging ,maar er wel bij vermelden dat het wel gedateerd is en gehorig.
