Unbelievably old and does not rate even a 3 star

The front desk employees where pleasant.

This was supposed to be a 5 Star Hotel. It was in fact the worst Hotel I have stayed in over twenty years of visiting Switzerland. The Managers where curt, rude, and aggressive. The room was antiquated, poorly funnished,hot, with an antique Television, and a bed so short my legs hung over the end. This for a lovely deal of sfr 375.00 per evening. A Youth Hostel is a better recommendation for future potential guests.

The design of the hotel is awesome!! The location of the hotel is the best.

A first rate hotel with excellent room and food. The restaurant produced imaginative and creativel;y cooked food, well prsented and el;egantly served. Good wine list. Attention to detail produced a bottle of Proseco for my wife's birthday, from the passport dates at check in. Well located to Interlakes Ost station and courtesy car for rain. Efficient internet facility for e-tickets and e check in for airlines. Expensive by UK standards but Switzerland is throughout.

Convienent since only a 5-10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost train station.

Very tired hotel. Even manager said they were planning a renovation. Worn out rugs; stained chairs; old towels. The receptionist (s) acts as check-in and check-out person, concierge, hotel operator, handler of keys (they are large so we leave them when we go out). Often there was only one person manning the desk so there were long waits and much confusion. as a result, service was poor and information provided was weak. We had a "First Class" room but there was nothing first class about it. Our "mountain view" gave us just a hint of the mountains.

Location was excellent for us

Reception staff didn't seem very well trained; had trouble understanding requests from various people at the desk. Rate was extremely high for the one night we stayed. Room was slightly worn out.

Very pleasant staff and excellent welcome especially from Reception team. Breakfast was up there in the top ten of breakfasts I have had anywhere in the world, catering for various tastes, including Japanese. Staff in the restaurant wery helpful and attentive. A nice 5 star touch is the eggs station in the breakfast room, with the chef on duty cooking excellent eggs any style you like. Overall a plaeasant experience.

For a 5 star hotel, the rooms aren't quite up to scratch. I would say 3½ stars at best. No aircon, ageing furniture and beds and in need of redecoration, with sevaral water stains on the wallcovering.The pool, fitness and wellness area is mediocre and the water in the pool a few degrees cooler than I would have liked.

It is a luxury hotel in the heart of Interlaken Ost close to the train station. A good jumping off point to get to the mountains. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the buffet breakfast each morning was very good. We chose the hotel because of its pool and sauna and great location.

It has lovely spacious rooms, good size public rooms and a good breakfast buffet. It has free parking, wi-fi, and a good pool.

The evening dining options were limited.

Bad and slow servicel too soft matress for elderly.

the staff were extremely helpful and very polite. They helped us organise our next step of our journey. I left my iphone in the room and they had it mailed back to me. The view was fantastic from our balconey

Outdated furnishings in the room and bathroom. Rushed and not hospitable staff in the restaurant at breakfast.

A vista do meu quarto era maravilhosa!! Com uma pequena varanda onde pude desfrutar a paisagem com um bom vinho!
