The front desk employees where pleasant.

This was supposed to be a 5 Star Hotel. It was in fact the worst Hotel I have stayed in over twenty years of visiting Switzerland. The Managers where curt, rude, and aggressive. The room was antiquated, poorly funnished,hot, with an antique Television, and a bed so short my legs hung over the end. This for a lovely deal of sfr 375.00 per evening. A Youth Hostel is a better recommendation for future potential guests.

Young staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location. Just a walk to train station and centre.

Would like to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have made the stay perfect.

Staff need to be more friendly and supportive , food quality is fair , rooms are very old style No wifi in the rooms while its available in the lobby

It has lovely spacious rooms, good size public rooms and a good breakfast buffet. It has free parking, wi-fi, and a good pool.

The evening dining options were limited.

Wonderful staff.

Rooms need updating.

The location of the hotel was ok. As you can reach Interlaken Ost easily if you want to go for Top of Europe.

الازعاج ال\ي يصل من الغرف المجاوره + الغرف العلويه في حالة وجود حركه في الغرفه العلويه تشعر بها كانها في غرفتك بالمجمل العام الفندق جيد جدا و قريب من محطة القطارات و السوبرماركت

O quarto tinha uma vista fantástica. O serviço muito atencioso. O ambiente charmoso e bonito. As instalações ricas e aconchegantes.

La chambre n'a pas été faite avant un téléphone vers 15.00 Ce n'est décrtainrment pas un 5 étoiles. Trop cher pour ce sue c'est

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A vista do meu quarto era maravilhosa!! Com uma pequena varanda onde pude desfrutar a paisagem com um bom vinho!
