全体にスタッフはフレンドりーではない。朝食は素晴らしい。部屋は比較的広い。 スーツケースのピックアップを頼んだが、1個取りわすれていたが謝罪ナシ。 |

隣続きの部屋を2部屋希望したが、隣同士ではあるもののドアーが反対方向で意味がなかった。 ツェルマットのホテルのサービスがとても良かったのでそれに比べるとスタッフのサービス、感じは劣っていた。 |

いろいろｽﾍﾟｼｬﾙな対応をしてくれて、大ﾊｯﾋﾟｰでした。 犬を連れての予約でOKだったにも関わらず、ﾎﾃﾙ内ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝでは犬をつれてはﾀﾞﾒといわれたが、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝの予約時に言って欲しかった。 |

Outstanding value for money!!! Charming, cosy and spacious room, very nicely decorated and equipped, beautiful views (junior suite). Hotel staff extremely polite and helpfull, always smiling and very professional. Excellent breakfast, with everything one could wish for (even champagne)!!! Hotel facilities are top!!! One of my best hotel experience in Switzerland ever!!! Definitely recommended!!! |

Personnel was friendly and well trained. Location was calm and near enough to the city center. Valentine Dinner was absolutely excellent. Not the hotel, but the early closing hours of the absolute majority of the city shops on Saturday at 16.00 were a bad surprise. |

The ambiance I did not like the personal marketing letter placed on my pillow. It was over use of paper (I already had the information in my room) and was unnecessary. |

Near the City center, Location very good. The room standard and furniture quaullity is well below Five Star (5*). I don't recommed for people who looks for luxuary and relax stay. On the other hand the hotel location is excellent city center and staff were excellent and very friendly and willing to serve and provide all the needful. |

Staff was very helpful and courteus. Food was superb and wait staff highly professional. A wonderful Swiss/ German hotel experience. The faclity was much better than some of the web site comments had indicated. |
