Dåligt hotell, inte oppussat på 30 år nær det gæller en stor del av utrymmena, toaletten i lobbyn inte oppussad på 50 år ser det ut som och stinker piss. Hotellet lurar kunder genom att ta betalt i førvæg som om det ær ett 5-stjærnigt hotell, nær man kommer dit inser man att det ær vældigt ofræscht och vill byta hotell, men man kan inte før att man kan inte få tillbaka pengarna man redan betalt... Pussa opp hela hotellet. |

Unfortunately our stay was very short but very enjoyable. We would both like to take advantage,again, of the lovely hotel and surroundings. |

Helpful staff and superb view Paying for WiFi, limited parking because of conference delegates who were not even staying at hotel. No air conditioning in any part of the hotel |

Very calm & clean .. also walkable distance to the train station (Interlaken OST). the restaurants are also nearby Though the front receptionist was very friendly & courteous to us, we saw her shouting at some non speaking English tourists ... |

They upgraded us to a terrific suite with a very large terrace. The staff, food and facilities were top draw all the way. |

nothing . the room was too small and old . the hotel really brings depressing. no A/C the weahter was hot during summer. the train track is behind the hotel so we couldn't sleep coz the noise of the train every thing is old in the hotel |

the location was very good the wbsite said that my room will have the Jangruf moutin veiw but the hole hotel do not have that becouse there is a green moutin in front of Jangruf , any way i did not ike the liying about that. |

Esay access to Interlaken Oost station.Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast The reception staff did not know much about the activities around Interlaken. They appear to be poorly trained. |

The things i liked was the location it was walking distance to the chuch main street , resturants and above all next to the trainstation .and ofcorse the hotel is quiet n peacefull and very safe during day n night . the things i would say is they could let bar be open til 1 or atlest 2 am |

I liked the staff and the location. I found some cobwebs in my room. These were not cleaned during our 5 days at the hotel. It was no big deal though. |

Outstanding value for money!!! Charming, cosy and spacious room, very nicely decorated and equipped, beautiful views (junior suite). Hotel staff extremely polite and helpfull, always smiling and very professional. Excellent breakfast, with everything one could wish for (even champagne)!!! Hotel facilities are top!!! One of my best hotel experience in Switzerland ever!!! Definitely recommended!!! |

Personnel was friendly and well trained. Location was calm and near enough to the city center. Valentine Dinner was absolutely excellent. Not the hotel, but the early closing hours of the absolute majority of the city shops on Saturday at 16.00 were a bad surprise. |
