Outstanding value for money!!! Charming, cosy and spacious room, very nicely decorated and equipped, beautiful views (junior suite). Hotel staff extremely polite and helpfull, always smiling and very professional. Excellent breakfast, with everything one could wish for (even champagne)!!! Hotel facilities are top!!! One of my best hotel experience in Switzerland ever!!! Definitely recommended!!! |

Personnel was friendly and well trained. Location was calm and near enough to the city center. Valentine Dinner was absolutely excellent. Not the hotel, but the early closing hours of the absolute majority of the city shops on Saturday at 16.00 were a bad surprise. |

Near the City center, Location very good. The room standard and furniture quaullity is well below Five Star (5*). I don't recommed for people who looks for luxuary and relax stay. On the other hand the hotel location is excellent city center and staff were excellent and very friendly and willing to serve and provide all the needful. |

Staff was very helpful and courteus. Food was superb and wait staff highly professional. A wonderful Swiss/ German hotel experience. The faclity was much better than some of the web site comments had indicated. |

It couldn't be a 5 star hotel, according to the service, enviorment, rooms, it only can be a 3 star hotel. The rooms are so old and small with dirty carpet, don't even have a desk to sit and write. There is no any service at the lobby, we came with some luggages but nobody helps at the lobby, and even no trolly to use. Front desk even ask us to check out as early as possible in the morning 10:00. |

Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base & we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite. Breakfast is amazing, fabulous choice. Indoor pool & parking. |
