- The tunnel runs directly to the Alpenterme. (It is allowed to go dressed in bathrobe via a tunnel. I went to the swimming pool through the 2 floor (spa area of the Alpenterme) because it is more privet zone than the first floor with a lot of shops). - Free slippers and bathrobe. - Staff is polite and friendly. - Hotel offers a very good breakfast. I booked a single room and it was a small room with a terrible view of the dark wall. No sunlight, no space. The bed was small and sloping. It was a very depressed room for single person :)). Maybe it’s ok for business trip, but not for vacation. I was there only 3 nights and then moved to the other hotel Parkhotel Quellenhof and enjoyed nice atmosphere with a good value for money.

Great service's comfortable and very quiet room. Possible to get to baths via underground passages. Great central location. The hotel is made up of 2 separate hotels linked underground. We were in the second hotel, which although comfortable, quiet and clean, is getting a little old.

I found that for a four stars hotel the quality of the room was very poor. The shower was very old fashioned and the design of the room as well. I found also a pity that we did not find any proper French-writing documentations on the hotel desk, everything was German or English.

It was a fraud. Terrible experience. We booked a room of 584 chf thinking that it was excellent (according to the price). However, they sent us to a very ordinary room, at the France Hotel in front of the main building. In addition the room was located over the kitchen of the hotel s restaurant and the smell of food invaded our place. This room is worth not much than 200 chf. When I told that to the peolple in the reception, they agreed with me but nobody did anything to solve the situation. There are plenty of others better and cheaper hotels around. It s better to stay near the Alpen Thermen and pay the ticket for the swimming pool than pay so much for such a disappointing experience.

The hotel's spa and thermal facility. As it's only for guests, it's not as crowded as the public facilities Nowadays, I expect hotels to provide in room WiFi for free. In the "Lindner Hotels & Alpentherme Leukerbad" you have to pay extra, and as it's provided by Swisscom, it's far from inexpensive or flexible, unless you are a customer of theirs.

The thermal baths had a power cut while we were bathing at night. While this could of course happen, I found the spa staff's lackadaisical attitude towards reassuring the guests very disappointing. The main restaurant of the hotel is across the street, not very practical in the middle of winter!

Thermal baths are great, though one might need a gps getting around the three buildings.... EWxcellent breakfast ! Old building is a bit run-down...Sofa in room has a big stain...Balcony railing needs painting...Balcony floor needs covering...Shutters need a paint-job as well. Chambermaids trollies (>1) are constantly on the floor (We had a room on the 1st floor), regardless of the hour.

Very convinient for SPA access. Own pool and amenities are also good. I liked a lot the breakfirst wich includes fresh fruits. You can also have wonderful walks and streneous running very close by which adds to the fun. Visiting Gemni Pass is also a must (either Gondola or walk-up); Friendly and helpfull staff.

Nice, clean hotel. There is a small private thermal bath of the hotel that is very clean and nice. Also free entrance to the public thermal bath with direct access underground from the hotel was really appreciated, more options to enjoy the thermal baths. Bathrobe, slippers and towels free from the hotel to use at the spa, very much appreciated! Breakfast very good with a lot of selections. Rooms not that special in the next door building, however clean and spacious. Could be designed so feels a bit more warm, cozy, romantic. Hotel reception could be a bit more nicer and service minded, no smile and a bit too ignorant for my taste.

The combination of location & comfort The did not provide a real ventilator when it was a bit hot in the room - they do not seem to be equipped with such - but that appeared to be a minor issue since climate changed and overall stay was very comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and the fact that the hotel is linked to the spa convenient. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very good and the staff their helpful and professional. The hotel's situation in Loeche is of course prime. They ignored our request for non-smoking rooms and for rooms on the same floor. Our booking had also guaranteed rooms in the original building. The first desk clerk I spoke to about this was curt and said changes were not possible and when I asked another to speak to the manager we were changed but to rooms in the out building and one stank of cigarettes. Only on threatening a bad review did we achieve acceptable accommodation! I was not impressed with the hotel's respect of room reservations and why ask for preferences if they are ignored?

I really liked the 1. conventient location (close to the bus station), 2. direct underground access to Leukerbad Alpentherme area, hotel's own private spa facilities, entry price reduction to Walliser spa village and Roman baths, 3. luxurious breakfast and food/drinks in general in their restaurants, 4. vouchers for couples staying there the first time (discounts to the rooms and restaurants). A few small points: I would appreciate for booking.com to post honest pictures of the rooms offered for sale... Mine happened to be far from what might have been the penthouse suit pictured on the website. I don't mind paying more, but need to select based on reality. The bed in the room was extremely hard to sleep on. And, lastly, security-wise, I would not put a single female in a room with a fire escape/ladder adjacent to the room window, which had to be open at night due to no air conditioning in the room. For couples and families though this looks like an ideal hotel.

the food was the best, very nice, It made you feel special. the town is so cute. great to walk around, the views. the spa was top notch we went here to go to the towns main spa and the hotels was so nice we never went to that one. the hotel was very expensive and we stayed in the cheapest rooms. The room was not so special. way not so special. still loved spa and breakfast so would stay here agien. the town stores close for two hours a day. make sure you go before or after to get snacks. It cost a lot for everything in switzerland so plan for it.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Wonderful fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels for the spa. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and good stuff. It was not as luxurious as I would have expected for a 4- star spa resort in the Swiss Alps. Slightly neglected in pool area (mould and cracking of grout, grass not trimmed around building, etc). The bed in our room sagged in the middle, bathroom was clean and nice but looked like it was circa 1975.
