Very helpful staff, great breakfasts, very quiet and comfortable. They didn't receive a fax from you and there was some confusion when we arrived. Luckily they had a room, but the office wasn't open to meet us. We loved the hotel and staff.

Chateaux d'Oex is a lovely little place. Large room with sofa and dining table. Impressive views over the mountains. Breakfast is as you'd expect. Shower was good. Free wireless. Supermarket nearby. Little bit of a walk to centre.

Prettily located. Quite large room with large table. rather isolated being a 15 minute walk from the outskirts of the village (uphill or down depending which end you headed for).Beds very uncomfortable, very small shower cubicle.

La situation est idéale, très calme. Le personnel du dimanche matin 26 mai 2013 est très sympathqiue. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent. La salle de bain est vraiment petite, peu éclairée et j'aurais préféré une cabine de douche en lieu et place d'un rideau de douche. Un mini-bar serait appréciable également.

El sitio en el que esta situado el hotel es bueno. Sus inmediaciones son perfectas para los amantes de la naturaleza. En invierno es una zona famosa de ski, asi que supongo que se llenara mucho. El check in empezaba a partir de las 16h hasta las 20h. Como llegamos antes fuimos a dar un paseo y a las 17h nos llamaron del hotel diciendo que si ibamos a ir, que la recepcion iba a cerrar pronto. En cuanto fuimos hicimos el check in y la chica se fue a su casa, dejando la recepcion cerrada hasta las 8h de la manyana. La recepcion esta cerrada la mayor parte del dia, asi que si pasa algo te obligan a llamar a un telefono particular desde tu privado, porque la habitacion no tiene telefono. Por otro lado, aunque fuimos en Mayo, hacia frio (es Suiza...) y la calefaccion estaba desconectada sin posibilidad de encenderla ya que es central. Por lo tanto la habitacion estaba helada. Las camas, aunque pedimos una doble, nos dieron una twin muy separadas, con un ligero nordico para abrigarnos. (no era suficiente). La limpieza y la habitacion (sobre todo el banyo) dejan mucho que desear para un hotel de ese precio. Es muy viejo. Se que Suiza es caro, pero te puedes encontrar hoteles mucho mucho mejores por ese precio. Fue un error ir a ese hotel, y no se lo recomendaria a nadie.

Freundlichkeit an der Reception hat mir sehr gut gefallen Es ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Hotel schlecht besucht ist und dies im Juli !! Keine Möglichkeit am Abend etwas zu trinken.
