The guest lounge room was great, tea, coffee, etc, all supplied, microwave, fridge, glasses, cutlary all available. Tables & chairs, internet. Very good place to relax and meet the other guests. Breakfast was good except the hot water for tea was not so hot. Would recommend to all. |

Location was very convenient to the train station which was good for visiting the nearby sites. Owner was helpful in assisting with planning. Breakfast was very good. Room was just okay...no air conditioning. small. and expensive. |

the use of the laundry was great and very much appreciated. the room was comfortable but could have used a ventilator as sleeping with an open window was disruptive. the breakfast was lacking. could have used more fruit and pastry. the coffee wasn't too good but it was hot. |

Reception was warm and the facilities available were very useful. Its an easy find from interlaken west station and the Management( sorry but i forgot his name ) do take time to chat with guests during breakfast, giving advices on where to go and what to do. Room was spacious and clean. No free use of internet was the only demerit. |

The staff is very nice, and environment is very good, the facility is convenient, there are many messages left in the note books saying good words, including mine :-) Just take a little walk from the Interlaken West station but it would still be fine...The wireless internet in room is not stable. |

Siistit ja asialliset huoneet, hyvä aamiainen. Hotellin "olohuone" jossa sai mm. keittää kahvia oli plussaa. Hyvä sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä. Lyhyet sängyt, huono äänieristys huoneiden välillä. |

The hotel is just few minutes distance from the railway station. The stafff is polite and helpful. Although we stayed in a double room, it was large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Washing machine and free internet is also provided. |

併設されているＢ＆Ｂと共同で施設が使えました。Ｂ＆Ｂの部屋がとれなかったので個人的にはラッキーでした- が、ホテルという点では部屋にキッチンがないという程度のちがいのようでした。友人と気楽に自炊ができてよ- かったです。 |

Personalen var helt underbara och hjälpte mer än gärna till med massor av tips om vad man kunde hitta på i närheten ifrån större rundturer och vandringsleder till småsaker som lekplats för barna. Gick det att ge mer poäng på personalen så skulle jag göra det. Rummen var okej. Nix |
