Desk clerks very helpful with problem of bag left on train, and making room change due to reservation error. Room of adequate size for 2 people. Good lighting.

Wrong room reservation. We requested twin beds and room we first got had a double bed. Bathroom was tiny, hardly enough room to turn around in. Breakfast was bare minimum, no eggs or any variety of rolls; and it was only open one and a half hours. Unmarked small step into bathroom - easy to trip over. Only one room key. No phone in room, and lobby phone would only accept coins.

Well located in Interlaken, reasonable price (given the generally very high prices in Switzerland), nice staff, comfortable if not luxurious room (we did not stay in the hotel proper, but rather in Suzy's b&b next door, also owned by the hotel).

Better mattress, higher thread count sheets.

Had small kitchen area for customer use.

Great location, only 5 minute walk away from the train station (Interlaken West). Staff is nice, the room was super clean and spacey -- we chose the superior double. You might not have the biggest choice of food for the breakfast, but it was high quality. Free wireless connection working properly, although coverage in the breakfast room is limited.

There is no internal restaurant for lunch / dinner but a Thai restaurant is available on the ground floor just next to the hotel. I don't like asian food anyway. There are no tools to make tea or coffee in the room. There was no shampoo or shower soap.

The design was beautiful we loved our room.

Really Expensive. The wi-fi can not use.

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station interlaken west. The breakfast is nice.

The room we stayed in is not actually in the main building but in the other building named B & B under the same hotel name that is misleading on it's website.

Hotel staff were really supportive and nice. It is located at a prime location near the railway station. Room was clean, however it was small. It did not represent the value for money paid

The staff was very friendly and helfpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. A good breakfast with good coffee was served every morning.
