The helpfulness of the reception. the lady was really very friendly and helpful and I have seen quite some receptions. I felt welcome right away bathroom can be renovated

Very helpful and friendly family run hotel. Well located right in the centre of Lucerne one minute walk from the lake. Rooms are bright and airy and tastefully decorated.

Die Lage ist ideal, ob man mit dem Auto oder Zug kommt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls fast vor dem Hotel. Die Eigentümer sind sehr familiär, haben Zeit, erkennen uns immer wieder.

Accueil très sympathique.Personnel prévenant,bons conseils pour des sites ou des musées à visiter. Bonne situation près de la gare,du pont de Lucerne,des rues piétonnes ainsi que d'autres places à visiter. Seul petit bémol la mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres par rapport à la circulation dans le quartier.

Ottima la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ottima la posizione, si trova vicino al centro storico e al lago dei 4 cantoni.Veramente comodo per una visita alla citta di Lucerna. La mancanza di aria condizionata nelle camere - (34°) in agosto. Di conseguenza essendo su una strada di forte passaggio con le finestre aperte di notte si sente molto il traffico. Per il prezzo pagato la stanza era molto piccola anche se pulita.

Empfang an der Reception war sehr freundlich Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht höchstens einem 3 Stern Hotel. Man kann nicht mit der Postcard bezahlen. Im Zimmer war ein seltsamer Geruch welcher wahrscheinlich vom Geflecht welches an den Wänden ist kommt. Nasszelle entspricht höchstens einem 3 Stern Hotel.

L'accueil familial, la propreté, la localisation. Sa situation géographique près d'une grande rue rend l'hotel un peu bruyant en particulier si les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Dies sollte - neben dem Frühstück - der einzige Pluspunkt bleiben. Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Sehr klein, kleines Bett, nur mit geschlossenem Fenster zu nutzen, da an der Strasse, hellhörig vom Gang her. Bad war aus den 50er Jahren, eng, keine 4 Sterne würdig! Völlig überrissener Preis!!!

место в самом центре,пожалуй это единственный плюс,а так выглядит как общага советская ,после хорошого ремонта,завтрак очень скудный

“Good location-across from the train station and the lake with its ferries and the bridges that take you into the old city. We had asked for a quiet room facing a side street which we did receive. The room was very large, sitting area with a pullout couch, large desk, big bathroom and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was fine.
