The hotel staff is very-very helpful. The location is perfect. Hotel stay on the end of altstadt walking street. Internet is not free. Swisscom have a big prices for it. |

The hotel staff was very helpful. There was a private garage for my motorcycle. The location is fantastic, just a half a block from the lake. Great view. |

Die Hotelbetreiberin war sehr kommunikativ. Mir wurden auch noch schönere Zimmer gezeigt. z.B. die Suite. Auch das Anmelden war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Die Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage sind mit Fr. 30.- sind viel zu teuer. |

Le prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un tel prix. Même au cinquième étage, on entend fort le bruit de la rue ce qui nécessite de fermer les fenêtres (il n'y a pas d'air conditionné). |
