Location of the hotel is quite good. We had a very bad experience. The owner of the hotel seemed to be against babies, and she thought that baby food smells. So, she actually advised us against feeding the baby in the room so that the rooms do not smell. |

The room was big, very clean and very comfortable. The location was awesome!! The shower was excelent. Noisy street, make sure you carry your ear plugs with you. NB: It was summer and I had to sleep with the windows open, otherwise it would be too hot inside. (34C outside) |

Great location right in the old town and one block from the waters edge. Parking is also secure and convenient although at a charge. Price is reasonable for an expensive town. |

Rooms were clean,big and near to lake The hotel has no Air Conditioning, and therefore you need to keep the windows open.As hotel is located on mainstreet, the complete night we were hearing the cars passing by. Not worth at all for family. may be good for night cralwer. I made a mistake to stay in Luzernhof, and will never do it again. |

Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Hotel is very centally located for getting to/from train station and seeing the sights of Lucerne. A great hotel at a reasonable rate (with a good breakfast too!) |

The hotel staff is very-very helpful. The location is perfect. Hotel stay on the end of altstadt walking street. Internet is not free. Swisscom have a big prices for it. |

Ik kan niets anders zeggen dan dat ik dit een meer dan prima hotel vind. Dit hotel is een familiebedrijf en dat merk je ook op alle punten in positieve zin. Allereerst werden we erg vriendelijk ontvangen aan de balie door een jonge en oudere dame. Ze was erg gesteld op Nederlandse gasten , en dat was te merken ook ;-) Meerdere malen werd gevraagd of alles naar wens was, prima gastvrijheid dus. Hotelkamers zijn eenvoudig maar wel schoon met prima slapende bedden. Locatie is ook doorslaggevend voor dit hotel, men zit op loopafstand van het winkelgebied en uitgaansgelegenheden. Ook is het mogelijk een parkeerplaats te reserveren wat uiteraard erg handig is voor degene die hun auto veilig willen stallen. Kortom, sterk aan te bevelen! Het enige minpuntje is dat de onbijtruimte erg krap is voor de hoeveelheid gasten. Maar goed, het ontbijt zelf is prima en een beetje drukte in een kleine ruimte schept ook wel weer wat gezelligheid in de ochtend moet je maar denken :) |
