Beautiful location in the middle of a fantastic landscape, nice building, spacious and good (although nothing "extra") rooms, kitchenette part of the junior suite. Very good price compared to other hotels in the region. Breakfast buffet was versatile and good. Not excellent, but nothing to complain about. Friendly waiters for breakfast. Nordic ski trails just outside the hotel. Staff not familiar with the closest surroundings, not good at languages (most staff members speak Italian only or very limited English or German) and not very helpful with the smallest requests. The spa area is not really a spa. There's a hamam kind of sauna, a regular sauna and a regular/small jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was pretty cold, so no one used it when we were there. At breakfast, they play loud rock music from a radio. We love that kind of music, but it didn't fit to the location and it was disturbing during breakfast. WiFi didn't work in the room all the time during our stay, but the fixed ethernet did. However, no ethernet cable available. We brought our own wifi router + cable... Don't expect to find a minibar, a collection of bath products or similar in the room and don't expect any accessories like toot brush or similar for sale in the reception. This is a hostel type of place in a fancy building and the management seems to lack a sense for style and service. Btw; the next real alpine ski area is in Sils, about 10 kms away, so bring a car and calculate parking fees at the lift station or pay for the bus and plan well with the time table...

Clean and simple. Large spaces. Nice spa. Well connected with public transport. Outstanding value per money. The spa is open only a couple hours a day. I'd rather have it without human attendance but open until 10 or 11pm.

We booked 3 rooms at the Maloja Palace online and didn't really know anything about it. We drove up to this amazing huge hotel and couldn't believe our luck. We must have got a special deal as it was very reasonably priced. I immediately booked a second night. The rooms were large and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was impressive with the choice and quality.

La struttura è letteralmente meravigliosa un tuffo nel passato ma dotata di tutti i confort colazione misera spa minimal e piccola per il numero degli ospiti

La localisation Un personnel incompétent et peu professionnel pour un soi-disant palace (exemple : accueil franchement désagréable, pas de savon dans notre suite (même après 2 rappels!), coffre-fort hors d'usage, petit déjeuner digne d'une colonie de vacance.

La posizione, con accesso diretto sulle piste di fondo La struttura è vecchiotta, e necessita di manutenzione e adeguamenti. Viene dato come 4 stelle ma non lo è di certo, anche la colazione è da due stelle.

Grosses Wohnzimmer, grosses Schalfzimmer und grosses Bad. Kuehlschrabk und Kuechenspuele vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Perfekte Lage fuer Teilnehmer des Engadiner Marathons. Fuer mehr als 300CHF pro Nacht war das Fruehstueck etwas einfach.

La posizione è imbattibile, proprio davanti alla partenza della skimarathon a cui ero iscritto. L'edificio è di altri tempi, spazi enormi. Buona e varia la colazione. - La camera non era riscaldata; - Non era presente nemmeno una saponetta in camera (sospetto perchè non ho dato la mancia al personaggio che ha dovuto per forza accompagnarmi a visitare la camera); - metà del corredo del letto era inadeguato (piumone sottile, cuscino vuoto); Soffrire il freddo è il colmo in un posto del genere.

schön renovierte Zimmer. Schönes Hotel mit grosser Geschichte welche noch spührbar ist. Preis/Leistung ist gut. Wenig motivierter Service, Frühstücksbuffet mit tiefer Qualität. zu üppig IKEA möbliert.

Das Gebäude ist schön von aussen. Die Geschäftsführerin ist sehr arrogant. Sie hat gesagt, es wäre kein 4 Sternen Hotel, d.h. die Gäste werden belogen. Der Eintritt im Wellnessbereich ist für Kinder nicht erlaubt. Es gibt keinen Tischtennis, wie auf der Webseite angegeben. Sie akzeptieren keine American Express, wie auf der Webseite angegeben.

La qualité du batiment, son histoire, un certain luxe digne d'un 4 étoiles, un excellent rapport qualité /prix, un emplacement magique. Service pas 4 étoiles mais 3 tout au plus, mais cela semble logique vu les traifs pratiqués .

Ich genoss die sehr schöne Ambiance dieses noch immer einstige Grandesse atmenden Hotels mitten in der unglaublich beeindruckenden Naturlandschaft von Maloja! Leider bilden einige offenbar aus Kostengründen installierte Details der Ausstattung ein etwas harter Kontrast zur einstigen Glorie des Palazzo...

Nur beim Frühstück merkt man, dass in diesem Palast noch andere Leute nächtigen. Aussergewöhnlich schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit entsprechenden Materialien. Nur ein Hauch, aber immerhin ein Hauch aus Segantinis Zeiten in Maloja ist in diesem Haus mit einer ganz speziellen Vergangenheit immer noch zu spüren. Fredy - Emmenbrücke, Schweiz

Locatie,uitzicht,nostalgisch interieur hotel Zeer onvriendelijk onthaal en personeel, totaal geen uitleg of informatie, zeer nors en onproffessioneel. Elke vraag was er één teveel. Ontbijt bijna geen keuze en elke dag zelfde. In tegenstelling tot wat de website vermelde is er geen internet op de kamer, enkel in de lobby! We verwachtten een kitchenette in onze standaard suite maar zoals op de foto van de website te zien was stond er totaal géén kookvuurtje en oventje op de keukenkast. Onze vraag hiernaar werd met een schouderophalen afgewimpeld, je eigen potje koken mag je vergeten! Dus mag je ergens op zoek gaan naar eten want eten in het hotel kan je vergeten want er is niks! Volledige stilte in de lobby waar best wel wat muziek mocht zijn, het personeel staat je constant te begapen van achter hun balie als je in de lobby zit.

Personel guler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Temiz rahat bir tesis. Odalar buyuk. Dogayi seven, cok kar gormek isteyen ve araba ile seyahat eden gezginlere 1-2 gun icin onerebilirim. Arabasiz kesinlikle gidilemeyecek bir yer. En yakin kayak pisti St Moritz istiametin 7 km. St Moritz tesise 20 km. Tesisin cevresinde yemek yiyecek yer az ve pahali. Yarim pansiyon almanizi tavsiye ederim.

Das Hotel representiert die guten alten Zeiten.Am liebsten möchte man das Rad der Zeit zurückdrehen.Das Ambiente ist erstklassig.Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.Die Zimmer sind heimelig und sehr gut renoviert. Die Lage des Hotels läd zum verweilen ein. Den Wellnessbereich muss extra bezahlt werden.
