Very comfortable, luxurious. Expensive but everything is expensive in Geneva! When we arrived, there had been a mishap with our booking and there were no more rooms left (in our price range) but they politely upgraded us which was wonderful!! |

The staff is very helpful, the hotel design is perfect, position excellent. When a pc of luggage was accidentally left back at the hotel, they delivered it fast, by courier, to the airport (free). In general very expensive compared with similar hotels. All extras are extremely expensive (for instance entertainment package on TV is over 70 cf). SPA is small(but very clean and staffed with everything from towels. slippers, bathrobes, etc). |

We found the room very comfortable with probably the best bathroom I have ever been in.The staff were lovely The buffet breakfast was good but at 47CHF might have included cooked. |

The restaurant (Indian) was oustanding food and service. The rooms whilst on the small side are excellent, and have the best beds, bathrooms etc. The entertainment (tv) had multiple channels in a variety of languages rather than just bbc/cnbc etc. |

Staff were above average. Room size was good. Significant mistakes on the bill (>100CHF). Staff checked, agreed they were mistakes, and removed without problem to be fair, but surprising they'd got on there. |

We had a great time, the staff were very helpful, the food is exellent, the room was very light and comfortable. In general the hotel was a very pleasant find The only thing which did not score high was the veiw from the window. It was overlooking the concrete part of the internal garden |

Super hotel, dat voornamelijk zijn vijf sterren verdient door het personeel : de doormen met onberispelijke smile, Charles van receptie die weet hoe hij mensen moet ontvangen, de maître, het barpersoneel... Zelden zo een enthousiast team gezien! Superteam ! |

Nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme remarquable et la très grande disponibilité du personnel ainsi que sa gentillesse. Les chambres sont propres, modernes, très bien décorées et très fonctionnelles. Les enfants ont été très bien accueillis et tout a été fait pour faciliter leur séjour. La brasserie est excellente. Nous aurions prolongé notre séjour si nous en avions le temps. Le service des enfants à la brasserie a été long (une heure d'attente) en raison d'une affluence particulière ce soir-là mais le personnel était très aimable et les plats délicieux |
