The elevators are rather old school but there's not much one can do about that now!

the lounge facilities are pretty and comfortable

the hotel is overrated. although the lounge faciltities are 2 year old the rest of the hotel needs renovation. Some rooms are already renovated but many rooms are old and worn out. We got an old room but after some discussion we got a new and renovated room. The renovation plan of the rooms is remarble. They decided not the renovate the whole room but left some elements as they were. For example the marble in the bathroom which was pretty outdated. The corridors were old and really worn out. The SPA is extremely small and also old fashioned. We understood the the hotel will undergo a big renovation towards the end of the year. But for now we really cannot recommend this hotel. The staff is really friendly but that is part of a 5* hotel

Generally i loved this hotel everything went very well esp. the concierge the group were very professional and i rate them 100% .

you should keeb one prison can speack arabic in the reception staff couse there is some tourist come from arab country .....thanks

The staff were excellent. Arranging two adjoining rooms was no issue at all and they were well prepared for a young family. Restaurant was of a very good standard.
