This was a great hotel - room was fantastic, especially the view of the Matterhorn. Location was great and right at the doorstep of the cable car station to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely want to visit it again and would greatly recommend this. |

The Owners took the time and efforts to ensure that we were super comfortable at all times. they were helpful w all our queries and really made our stay enjoyable. There is no in room mini bar. |

the level of comfort and the staff on leaving having paid our bill the night before we were presented with a phone bill ,we had no problem paying this but felt the owner taught we were trying trying to leave without paying as we asked for the bill in full at 9.30 pm , and it was not a nice fealing spoiling a great stay |

Focus Matterhorn hotel was a lovely surprise, as I booked last minute. I felt very relaxed and almost like home. My room had a great view over the village. Definitely I will go to stay more in the future. |

The absolute escape Hotel!!!!!!!! Totally satisfied of this hotel. Actually it should be 5 star and not 4. Its luxurius, extra beautifull view. We ll be there next year for sure. |

A completely unique experience. Fantastic views over Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Ultra modern construction, extremely comfortable. Pool and spa "wellness" centre that is quite amazing and very relaxing (and free to residents) The owners and staff made us very welcome and could not do enough to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. If you get chance to stay here then do so - you won't be sorry. We stay in many hotels and this one is right up with the very best. Not cheap but well worth it. |

This hotel is one of the most excellent hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff were more than excellent, swimming pools are excellent too. Although the location in little bed far from the train station but this dose not affect the beauty of this fancy hotel. Non, every thing is just fine. |

We had an upgrade to a "suite" Monte Rosa, it was "just perfect", more a 5* hotel rather than 4*. I think it's the nicest hotel of Zermat. |

Our family loved everything about the Matterhorn Focus. As a matter of fact, if we have the opportunity to visit Zermatt again, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We would change our date just so we could stay there. From a welcoming drink after your long trip in, fruit and wine in your room and wonderful breakfasts to the robes/slippers that fit the children, nespresso coffee maker in your room and of course the amazing view to the Matterhorn. I don't think they have a room that doesn't have a view to the Matterhorn. The design of the hotel can only be summed up by one American word..."COOL"! The owners Sonya and Christian and their wonderful staff...WOW! You feel like you have come home! The only thing we can think of that was not right is that they should be 5 stars, not 4!!! We have stayed in hotels all around the world and have not come across one that compares in all categories!! |

Awesome views, cool modern design, friendly and helpful staff, proximity to gondola, amazing spa facility for size of property would have preferred hot water in the jacuzzi rather than just pool water. |

We highly recommend this hotel our stay was fantastic. Everything about the hotel was great. Starting with the owners, a very pleasant young couple that make sure you know they are there to accomodate your needs. They are very warm and proactive. Without having to ask them, they offered to provide services and advice that were very useful. The hotel's design is espectacular !!! |

Everything, the owners and staff were so friendly, the hotel was so quirky we loved it. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom were amazing with wonderful view of the mountains and Zermatt village and the cablecar passed our window. The attention to detail was great even down to the quartz crystal in the water jug. Arriving in the complentary electric car was a real James Bond experience.1stClass |

room was nice, very clean, staff wonderful, pool awesome, very relaxing and we stayed in a "cheaper room". Would stay there again and we wish we would have gotten to stay longer. Needs different pillows to select from. Bed a little hard but it's all about preferences. Nothing was bad just those things could be improved. |
