Friendliness of the staff. Excellent cleanliness in every area of the hotel. Great evening meal in the hotel restaurant & good wine list. Breakfast buffet whilst quite varied tended to run a bit low. An egg option would also have been welcome option.

The decor and the service were excellent. The breakfast and afternoon tea were very nice. The location was quite convenient Your elevator. The health club and pool were always crowded with children. You need adults only hours for quiet and private time.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the Davos Dorf station so easy to get to. The evening meals werent the best quality and the restaurant staff seemed a little rushed and confused at times.

They provide luggage transportation with airline company all the way to your final destination. Very good food at dinner. Could be better breakfast; more to choose from. Not enough coffee at breakfast. Why not buy a coffee machine.

Schönes , grosses Zimmer, sehr gutes Abendessen bei Halbpension, alles sehr angenehm für Kinder ist das Wasser im Schwimmbecken zu kalt, und im Whirlpool zu heiss (für Erwachsene wunderbar)

Gentillesse du personnel, discrétion, chaleur du cadre, bon emplacement, proche des remontées mécaniques et du centre de congrès. Nourriture toujours un peu lourde pour le quotidien. Très bon buffet de petit-déjeuner.

Skifahrer mit HP erhalten die Liftkarten geschenkt.Nicht Skifahrer,die im hauseigenen Gourmetrestaurant à la carte essen (wesentlich teurer) erhalten keinerlei Ermässigung.Nicht sehr gastfreundlich, aber Vorschrift ist Vorschrift.
