Fantastic location in unspoilt surroundings. Very friendly staff who were welcoming and always cheerful. Reception staff greatly assisted in resolving transport problem, ensuring our holiday plans were unspoilt.

Hiking - the town is lovely The hotel has paper thin walls. I could hear people talking, the plumbing and fan from the bathroom and hanging up of clothes in the closet. The bathroom had no amenities such as shampoo. The restaurant staff was not particularly attentive nor visible during breakfast. I received someone else's bill when I paid. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and the rooms were nothing special.

Zuerst habe ich ein ungenügendes Zimmer erhalten. Nach Reklamationen habe ich ein ausgezeichnetes Zimmer bekommen.

In der schönsten Gegend der Schweiz, im schönsten Ort der Schweiz ein traumhaftes Hotel mit sehr schönen, gemütlichen Suiten,warmherzigen, freundlichsten Mitarbeitern, sehr persönlicher Betreuung, excellenter Küche das gibt es nur Positives zu berichten. Sehr empfenlenswert .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'hôtel et du village. Les prestations de l'hôtel nous convenait tout à fait : la discrétion du personnel, leur efficacité et la nouriture que nous avons trouvé très bonne avec une grande diversité.
