We enjoyed unlimited access to the thermal baths and the thermal baths themselves even after check out time, including use of the robes and towels. The setting was wonderful and we liked being able to turn on/off the massage jets in the baths. Staff made an error when calculating a massage appointment (when limited massage staff were available) resulting in having to miss one of the scheduled/anticipated massages in lieu of making the masseuse stay even later than normal. |

The views from the balcony were terrific and the town of Leukerbad is very picturesque. The beds were extremely hard which made it difficult for a good night sleep. Also i was travelling with family who had a separate room and the service they received was appalling. Their beds were made but bins weren't emptied, bathroom not cleaned and none of their toiletries were replaced leaving them with no soap, they had to use ours. Also their TV didn't work at all. |

having the pool inside the hotel is so conveniant with small kits... that we are already back the third time to this hotel. This time, traveling with friends, they have even offered us the suite with 3 rooms/8 beds so that we could all stay together. The restaurant has improved - you can now have a la carte at any time |

The rooms in the Mercure Bristol Hotel are spacious and modernly furnished and the spa area is really nice. Staff could be much friendlier. |

Very nice hotel, clean and with all the facilities. The spa is very nice, modern style, also the sauna and the amman. The breakfast should have been included in the price (I payed 150 CHF per night). If I wanted to have breakfast I had to pay 25 CHF!! per person. The reception and the hotel entry is a little bit old fashioned. |

Dinner was good. Some reception staff were very helpful & friendly. Indoor / outdoor pool (but there is also a public Thermal Spa just up the road) The breakfast was very poor - certainly not worth 25 Sfr.!! The bar closed at 11pm on a Saturday (although there were many guests still asking for more drinks...). We received an up-grade to a superior room, but it was actually rather "standard", nothing special about it - (but we were told that only those rooms have the mountain view...). - Some staff were unattentative and unfriendly - unacceptable for a (supposedly) 4-star hotel. We have stayed in other Mercure hotels before, which were very good - but unfortunately we can't recommend this one. |

Spa zone is excellent as usually, very convenience for families with children. Breakfast is quite rich. Location is also good, close to ski lift. Staff was more polite before. Now every time we stay in this hotel they are asking us if it is a first time and always give us different rates. |

Very nice, comfortable, clean room with a lovely view. The ambiance at the hotel is very cheery and the reception staff quite helpful. The baths at the hotel are a major plus to staying there. They are not huge but there is an indoor pool with jets and an outdoor pool with bubble beds. There is also a sauna, steam room, and solarium. |

Clean, good service (even if at times confusing due to language issues), good location and view. Convenient in-hotel pools. I got hurt getting into their inside pool, due to unclear marking of location of the stairs. I strained my right foot and it got swollen - spoiling an otherwise excellent vacation. This pool is just renovated and I asked the hotel to improve the markings on the floor to avoid other guests to have the same unpleasant accident. |

This hotel now continue under constraction. We tray to stay at 19-21.12.2008 and it was absoletle uncomfortable. No hot pool (inside and outside). If we are have full information about rebuilding, we'e don't stay in Bristol at this time. It's spending time o weekend, and loosing money, without stay in. |
