Friendly staff at reception.

This hotel has a four star ranking but said from their mediocre thermal baths has none of the comfort or trimmings of a genuine four star hotel. We booked massages which were cancelled due to illness. No effort was made to rebook us the following day. Having stayed in many accor hotels, the mercure did not meet their usual standards. The room was old, beds hard as rocks and dust/cobwebs had collected on the ceiling. There was a 15minute queue to checkout.

The hot water in the room was missing for nearly 2 days! The spa was beautiful, but the water in the swimming-pool was too cold to relax...And finally, the hotel also mistakenly overcharged us....!

Spa, reasonably priced; located in a very beautiful place;

Breakfast is pretty poor; service is far from ideal; expensive wifi, in a situation when many hotels all over the world offer it for free, this hotel charges chf 5 for half an hour; chf 15 for 3 hours; looks like quite old hotel; although reasonably priced, still one has higher expectation of facilities and services for price you pay.

The spa is great, room is big, very nice waitress in the hotel restaurant.

Poor massage availability, the double bed actually is combined by two single beds with wheels, and moves in the night. Very wired inside structure of the hotel! And very old and small lift that I wouldn't expect in a 4stars hotel.

The hot pool was exclusive and the restaurant was ok.

The staff was unexperienced and not overly courteous.

Confortable like home

The pool and thermal spas were lovely and the sauna were great, which made our stay worthwhile! The view from our sunny balcony was lovely too! Room was very spacious

The layout of the hotel was quite strange, you could easily get lost and it was difficult to get our luggage to our room. One receptionist was extremely rude to everyone. No free wifi, and very dated computer in lobby! Tired and dated decor throughout the hotel - very overpriced!

Room was quite comfortable and excellent for relaxation. Thermal area is beautiful.

The location of this hotel is perfect, however the massage service may not reach your expectiation if you try it in asia before.

The massage servise is not good when compare with the one in Thailand or Hong Kong

Relaxing hotel with helpful and professional staff. Main plus are the swimming-pool, fitness and spa facilities in the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance from shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Will return soon.

Nothing to complain about, I had a very pleasant stay

THe Carnozet restaurant. Good food but poorly staffed! Took for ever to get served Raclet! We were upgraded to a suite but were given two single beds to make a double!
