Hotel was central. Breakfast good. Spa area excellent.

The rooms had no proper double bed.

Great pool area, never overcrowded too! :-) Good location. Friendly people at reception. Budget & garage parking available.

Bar prices too high (higher than at the 5*Lindner hotel. Musician in the bar not that great. Candles were not lit on any of the tables in the bar (we were there between approx. 22:00 - 23:00). Would like coffee making facilities in the room (I know we sound very English here...)

We like this hotel and we are going to stay in it in future.

Needs some refurbishing. Some spa-devises at the pool are not working.Slippery entrance. Costly breakfast. Lack of coordination with massage booking.

The pool area was nice.

The rooms were dark and cold. Upon arrival the driveway hadn't been cleared from snow and we couldn't get our car in. When we asked for help they seemed annoyed. The rooms had a kitchen but no utensils, no kettle, no fridge? When we asked for a bottle opener we were told they were too busy to bring one to us we had to go to the bar. We also asked for a kettle to sterelise our baby's bottles but were told we would have to take them to the bar to do so. Food was expensive and the rooms were dated. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Had a massage which was terrible. We just had oil rubbed into our back- not a massage at all.

Spa facilities are excellent.

The hotel doesn't provide kettle which is a bit unacceptable for a 4 start hotel!

Reception staff as cleaining staff were really nice - Direct access to hotel's spa - Spa/Baths facilities are really cool, nice outside pool with mountain view - The rooms are not a 4 star hotel standing, but the balcony with mountain view and the facilities make you forget this detail.

The hotel restaurant was a little bit deceiving. Nice waiter but the food was soso. Had a carpaccio as starter, the meat was nearly frozen; my friend had a gaspacio which had simply no taste. The main dish (beef meat) was good though, cooked as required. Considering the prices of the meal, I think the quality should be much higher.In the meantime, I've read lots of good reviews regarding this restaurant, so maybe I wasn't lucky. Not sure.

Need to fix broken things in Spa. Phone was disconnected. Breakfast good but quite expensive.

Loved the location. Had an amazing weekend to relax especially the hot thermal bath provided in the hotel. The staff member welcomed us when we arrived.

I have been several times to this hotel and I like that it includes the services such as sauna, turkish and spa in their price.

We stayed at Mercure Bristol at the very end of the ski-season from 2 till 8 april. The hotel is ok, but a little bit dated and needs some refreshment. Our room was generally ok, the bathroom clean and well- maintained. We liked thermal pools and sauna (during the mid-week). The hotel is situated very close to Torrent Bahn, however to reach it you should go all those stairs inside parking and above it of 50m height, it was terrible, we were fighting with it every single day. The breakfast is ok, but is could be better. The girls (waiters) at the breakfast were both smily and nice.

1) Bad smell in the room, like someone been smoking there for the whole century! 2) reception staff (except of one guy) spoke very bad english, so that they were almost unable to help us in case of queries and questions 3) breakfast is overpriced in respect to its quality (25 sw francs per person) and not included in the room price, which is unfair and looked like a trick 4) thermal pools were generally nice but the water temperature could be higher! Every day at 5pm approx they opened some tap for 30 minutes or less and we noticed hot water (much warmer than 34 degrees) coming from underwater tubes. But that wasn't enough! 5) the water temperature was not constant from day to day 6) note for all guests: in weekends and especially when it is combined with some kind of big holiday like Easter or Christmas the hotel and pools gets completely overcrowded! So say adieu to your relax! Due to this it was absolutely imposs to take a shower after thermal pools in the evening. Due to high demand "hot" water was about 20 degrees only and me and my got ill because of this! We complained and they offered to change the room instead of stop saving the energy during the high occupancy periods..

The reason we choose here was the hot spring facilities. It was nice to use the pool in the hotel. The room is big and clean. The shuttle to main station is really helpful when we leave.

1.The pool water is not hot enough. You will still feel cold during you were in the water. 2.We get stuck in the lift for no reason. I guess it's poor maintains. 3.No hot water machine and bottle water in the room. You will need go to front desk to get hot water. 4. Breakfast and internet are not included. It really makes the value of hotel not worth it.

Le petit déjeuner hors de prix. Le Wifi n'a pas fonctionné durant notre séjours. On doit payer le parking pour les hôte de l'hôtel, ce n'est pas normal.

In einem 4* Hotel erwarte ich im Zimmer einen Radio und Flachbildschirm, war nicht vorhanden. Die Sauna und Dampfbad sind schlecht gelegen. Ruhezone inmitten dem Bad, wo schreiende Kinder verweilen! Fr. 25.00 für das Frühstück das angeboten wird, ist abzockerei. Das einzige was diesem 4* Hotel entspricht sind die Preise

Le rapport qualité-prix pour les prestations avec la réservation d une nuit à l hôtel (l utilisation à volonté du Spa), la propreté, l accueil seul bémol : 10 frs 2 cafés natures....

Das Hotel ist durchschnittlich gut in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für mich persönlich hebt sich das Hotel nur durch das eigene Thermalbad (wirklich sehr schön!) von jedem anderen Hotel ab. Ich bin auch nicht sicher, ob das Hotel ohne Thermalbad 4 Sterne verdient.

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang wirkte ein wenig unbeholfen. Er gab sich aber allergrösste Mühe und war sehr freundlich! Ich fand es aber trotzdem schade, dass man uns nichts bezüglich der Ortschaft, der Sehenswürdigkeiten und der möglichen Aktivitäten gesagt hat. Muss man alles selber rausfinden. Bin ich mir bisher, anders gewohnt... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bescheiden. Es wird auch nicht nachgefüllt. Zudem ist es komplett Selbstbedienung. Das kann ein 4-Sternehotel besser. Parkplatz wird einem für den ganzen Tag berechnet, auch wenn man erst am Abend anreist.

Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, Bäder mit Thermalwasser.

Die Kritikpunkte der früheren Bewertungen haben sich bestätigt. Für ein Viersternhotel reicht das Angebot nicht.
